It might not look like your 基準 hotel, but this 18 square metre (194 square feet) コンテナ has everything that a guest would want.

There is a 二塁打 bed, a sitting area, a bathroom with にわか雨, a veranda and even breakfast served in the morning.

What it not normal, however, is that it is moveable.

The portable hotel is the 最新の marketing gimmick by Swedish hotel chain, Scandic.?

It has stood in central Stockholm, in Trondheim in central Norway, on a beach in Southern Sweden and by a lake in Finland.

Today it's 存在 positioned の上に a marina in Djurgarden, a leafy green island in central Stockholm.

Eva Zall, a 33-year-old 所有物/資産/財産 developer, 適用するd to stay in the hotel several months ago.

In her 使用/適用 she said that she would be happy with any central Stockholm 場所.

Scandic then 設立する the Djurgarden 場所 and asked whether she was happy to spend a night there.

Keen to have a night away from the children with her husband she agreed.

The room costs 2500 kronor per night (£220), which places it in the middle to high end price 範囲 of Stockholm hotel rooms.

But Zall says the 見解(をとる) of central Stockholm and the waterfront from the veranda is priceless.

'I don't think you will get this 見解(をとる) in any other hotel room. It is really a once in a lifetime 適切な時期.'

After looking through the コンテナ she says she is also impressed by how the room looks.

'First I had a look at the 支援する before coming around to check it out. And it 越えるs all 期待s.'

The コンテナ has a water 戦車/タンク and a 汚水 戦車/タンク. In most 場所s Scandic plugs it in to a 地元の electricity source, but for remote 場所s there is a 発生させる人(物) that can be used.

'This is really a combination of two 傾向s that we have seen developing,' says Johan Michelson, Scandic 副大統領 of Brand and 製品s.

'The first is the 'To Go' 傾向. You take things with you wherever you want to go. You take your coffee and your sushi to wherever you want.

And the second large 傾向 is the 追跡 of experiences. People have already experienced so much so just checking in to a 正規の/正選手 hotel room is not enough anymore. So this is an answer to that particular 傾向, this is an experience beyond the 正規の/正選手.'

Michelson says that they do get some unorthodox requests, some of which they have to 拒絶する for logistical, or 合法的な, 推論する/理由s.

'The strangest request we have had was from a 囚人. He 手配中の,お尋ね者 to put it up in the 刑務所,拘置所. That would have been a rather strange place for it. But I guess it could also be some sort of 前進するd escape 試みる/企てる, I guess he could have tried to go out with it when we 除去するd it.'

Breakfast is 配達するd by Scandic staff each morning and for some 場所s, such as central Stockholm, Scandic also 供給するs 安全 guards to keep an 注目する,もくろむ on the コンテナ.

With all the 付加 expenses Scandic does not make much 利益(をあげる) on the 事業/計画(する), but 利益(をあげる) was never the idea によれば Michelson.

'This is a clever piece of marketing of course. They want people to talk about them. But of course, it is also very exciting.?

'It is like a caravan but without wheels - you decide where you want to go. I've seen pictures and it looks 広大な/多数の/重要な and of course it is fantastic to be able to choose where you live and wake up in the morning.'?
