国会ing is hard. It's why the idea of a 週刊誌 負わせる-loss 注射 that does all the work for you, like Ozempic, is so tempting ― 特に when you see the remarkable 変形s of celebrities who 収容する/認める using it, such as Sharon Osbourne and Oprah Winfrey.

The way these jabs work is fascinating. The 麻薬 itself is called semaglutide (branded as Ozempic or Wegovy), and one way it 作品 is by mimicking a hormone the 団体/死体 produces 自然に when 十分な, called GLP-1. By feeding 支援する the message to the brain that our appetite is 満たすd, it dials 負かす/撃墜する feelings of hunger, and even 利益/興味 in food, which leads to 負わせる loss.

But there are drawbacks, not least the cost ― to source Ozempic for the 目的 of shedding 負わせる, rather than the 糖尿病 it's licensed for on the NHS, you have to 支払う/賃金 up to £285 a month for the highest dose. And it stops working when you stop taking it, so that's up to £3,420 a year to stay わずかな/ほっそりした.?

There are 味方する-影響s too. Many 使用者s 報告(する)/憶測 nausea and vomiting (Boris Johnson says this is what ended his Ozempic 旅行), and few escape without what is euphemistically called 'digestive 騒動s'.

But what if there were a way to replicate its 利益s with 非,不,無 of those hideous 影響s, and for 解放する/自由な? What if ― instead of 注入するing yourself with a 化学製品 serum ― you could use the hidden 力/強力にする of your own mind to do it?

For the truth is, by 'implanting' the suggestion that the satiety signals in your brain 解雇する/砲火/射撃 up every time you eat, 臨床の hypnosis can 抑える your appetite just as GLP-1 ― or Ozempic ― does. It's no good hypnotising someone to stop eating chocolate if they're only going to switch their indulgence to Doritos.

My 負わせる loss hypnosis is different

Remember the '事実上の gastric 禁止(する)d'? Practitioners used this form of hypnotherapy, introduced 15 years ago, to 示唆する at a subconscious level that someone had undergone bariatric 外科 and was therefore able to eat much いっそう少なく than usual.

Its 人気 and success showed that 存在 taken, under hypnosis, into a 臨床の 環境 and 存在 guided through a surgical 手続き 完全に of your imagination, really can change the way the 独房s 解雇する/砲火/射撃 together in the brain.

My 負わせる loss hypnosis takes this one step その上の, changing the way you think about food and instilling healthy long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 eating habits en 大勝する.

Just listening to this 音声部の every day for seven days, then two or three times a week for the next two weeks, can be enough to change your perception of appetite and hunger so you really do start to feel 満足させるd after eating smaller 部分s. Just as you might if you've been having the jab.

I'm 納得させるd my 負わせる loss hypnosis is strong enough to match the 力/強力にする of Ozempic and change the way you feel about food for good. It dulls the appetite and gets to the root 原因(となる) of why we eat more than we should.

I know ― from thousands of (弁護士の)依頼人s and also from my own personal experience ― that many of our unhelpful eating behaviours are 堅固に embedded in our psyche. I was overweight as a child and at my heaviest I 重さを計るd 17 st (I'm 5ft 7in tall). I used to 持つ/拘留する my size-20 jackets in place with safety pins.

Unprocessed grief led me to self-soothe with sugar, for example. I still felt the shame and stigma associated with 存在 'the fat girl' at school and not 存在 asked to dance at the disco. Knowing what lay behind my poor eating habits helped hugely with self-image and 動機づけ, and helped me shed my 超過 負わせる for good.

I've been a comfortable 11 石/投石する (wearing 12-14 size 着せる/賦与するs) for the past 15 years, and it is the lessons I've learned and the 専門的知識 I now have that I 会社にする/組み込む into my one-on-one 負わせる loss consultancy, and into my 退却/保養地s. They also form the bedrock of my '負わせる loss hypnosis programme.

So how does it work?

The first step is to 追い散らす any thoughts of 行う/開催する/段階 hypnosis, where watching a swinging pocket watch might leave you clucking like a chicken.

臨床の hypnosis 作品 in a much gentler way by first taking you into a 明言する/公表する of 深い 緩和, which quietens the 批判的な, conscious part of your mind ― the 論理(学)の, 合理的な/理性的な part of your brain which might be 説 'this will never work' and 'it's not for me' and which can keep you stuck in a 消極的な energy spiral of despair and 疑問. The 目的(とする) is to find the lovely 明言する/公表する between 存在 awake and asleep when your brain is more open to suggestion and change.

Just reading through this preview can be enough to start to 影響 change, but I 勧める you to listen to my 発言する/表明する 主要な the 十分な hypnosis and to follow the programme I recommend.

Repeating the 演習 許すs the subliminal messaging to build up, creating new neural pathways in the brain and forming 関係s between what you eat and how you feel. Each time you listen, you will be better able to let go of the critic al, conscious part of your brain and relax more 深く,強烈に. The deeper your 緩和, the more open you will be to the suggestions I make, and the more likely to take them on board.

For the first seven days I recommend listening to the hypnosis every day. Find a 静かな, warm 位置/汚点/見つけ出す where you won't be interrupted, then 嘘(をつく) 負かす/撃墜する and の近くに your 注目する,もくろむs (it doesn't 事柄 what time of day you do this).

When you are very familiar with the messaging, you can switch to listening just two or three times a week while you are busy doing other things.

Even if you're not fully 焦点(を合わせる)d on what I'm 説, your subconscious will be getting the 肯定的な 増強 it needs to keep you on 跡をつける. After three weeks you can listen to the 音声部の again whenever you want to, or if you need a 上げる. This is a 特に powerful 道具 for women at menopause. Midlife can be characterised by 苦悩, negativity, poor 団体/死体 image and creeping 負わせる 伸び(る) that resists all 以前 successful 試みる/企てるs to diet. It can leave you feeling hopeless.

Many of us were brought up to 捨てる our plates clean, and continue to do so, even though an 普通の/平均(する) dinner plate has 拡大するd in size from nine インチs to 14 インチs! This means without realising we could be eating 40 per cent more food, which is 本気で stretching our stomach.

An empty stomach is only about the size of a 握りこぶし and can be happily filled by the food on a nine-インチ plate. However, it can also be easily stretched to 融通する as much as four litres of food and fluid.

Hunger hormones with 指名するs such as ghrelin and leptin are created in the lining of your stomach, but when it's perpetually stretched, their 解放(する) is 衝撃d and gets out of balance. Put bluntly, if you eat too much too often, which so many of us do, your 団体/死体 gets 積みすぎる and 混乱させるd.

What's more, a lifelong pattern of yo-yo dieting can leave the brain unable to recognise the natural signals our 団体/死体s produce to tell us we're 十分な ― the 負わせる loss hypnosis will change all that.

Whatever your background of disordered eating or 負わせる 伸び(る), after a few repetitions of my hypnosis, you will start feeling more 肯定的な and more aware of when you're hungry and when you're 十分な. It won't be long before you notice you are eating いっそう少なく and leaving a little on your plate; your ジーンズs are feeling a bit looser and the numbers are 落ちるing on your bathroom 規模s.

I'm not anti-Ozempic, but it is (疑いを)晴らす to me the 負わせる-loss jab isn't for everyone. Certainly, it's not the panacea many people think it is. My 負わせる loss hypnosis could be just as 効果的な ― with no cost, 苦痛 or 味方する-影響s ― and much more long-継続している results.

Read this for a taster of my needle-解放する/自由な hypnosis??

ざっと目を通す 負かす/撃墜する your 団体/死体, starting at the 栄冠を与える of your 長,率いる, noticing any areas of 緊張, and use your 冷静な/正味の, 静める breath to spread 緩和 over your scalp, your forehead and the muscles of your 注目する,もくろむs.

As you exhale, notice your cheeks and jaw 軟化する and relax. Notice 緩和 spreading across the shoulders and 負かす/撃墜する the 武器 to the tips of your fingers, 負かす/撃墜する your 支援する and your 前線, around the hips and the pelvis, before finally noticing that feeling of 緩和 coming 負かす/撃墜する the 脚s to the 単独のs of your feet.

When you feel 深く,強烈に relaxed, imagine standing in 前線 of a 解除する door. As the doors open, see yourself stepping inside and notice the number パネル盤 負かす/撃墜する one 味方する. You have entered at level 10 and you want level 1. See yourself 圧力(をかける)ing 1 on the button パネル盤. The doors の近くに in 前線 of you and, as the 解除する descends, you will feel yourself 沈むing a little deeper into 慰安 and 緩和.

When the 解除する doors open again you realise you are in a clinic and walk に向かって a door labelled Needle-解放する/自由な 負わせる Loss Hypnosis. This is the 権利 room for you.

See yourself 開始 the door and letting yourself into the comfortable waiting room of a modern, 井戸/弁護士席-equipp ed clinic.

On a large 審査する, a ビデオ is explaining that a Needle-解放する/自由な 負わせる Loss Hypnosis implant is the 最新の 科学(工学)技術 in 負わせる 管理/経営 and a new way of 回復するing 支配(する)/統制する over eating and helping you develop a 肯定的な 関係 with food.

You hear that the new implant slowly 解放(する)s a combination of signals which communicate to the brain a true feeling of long-継続している satiety after eating which helps you feel いっそう少なく hungry so you have いっそう少なく 願望(する) to overeat, to eat just for the sake of it or to eat more than you need.

You smile and nod. This is 正確に/まさに what you want.

You will sit 負かす/撃墜する to eat all your main meals and you will eat slowly, savouring every bite of any food you have chosen.

When you start to feel 満足させるd ― before you have 完全に finished ― you will stop eating. You will no longer finish off every plate of food.

You begin to notice a sense of satisfaction as the implant starts to 解放(する) powerful supportive signals that will change how you feel about food. You feel at peace with yourself, knowing that it is 承認する for you to eat いっそう少なく.

As you say goodbye to the doctor and return to the 回廊(地帯), you smile. Something has changed inside you. You can feel 確信して in your ability to choose to eat slowly now.

See yourself walking 支援する to the 解除する, calling the 解除する, and, inside, 圧力(をかける)ing the number ten on the パネル盤. As the 解除する rises you feel a sense of lightness coming 支援する and when it arrives at ten, you will be 支援する in the 現在の.

Place a を引き渡す the 場所/位置 of the implant and take three long, slow, 深い breaths and 認める that change has begun.

For the next 21 days, while the implant continues to work, you follow the 指導基準s to connect to that feeling of satisfac tion where you no longer finish any 十分な 部分 of food.
