フラン has given a 上げる to British 国家のs who own holiday homes in the country as it looks to relax its 地位，任命する-Brexit 90-day ビザ 支配する.

政治家，政治屋s have said British owners of French homes had been 'punished by Brexit', with the 法律 限界ing how long they could stay to 90 days out of every 180. ーするために stay longer, Britons must 適用する for a long-stay ビザ of up to six months.

'The Britons I have spoken to say the 現在の system is long-winded, difficult and 十分な of 落し穴s,' she said, によれば The Daily Telegraph.

Ms Berthet said that even if the 改正 fails in the 国家の 議会, 'this is at the very least an important first step,' the Telegraph 報告（する）／憶測d.

Emmanuel Macron's 政府 has said it will not support the 改正, arguing that the 法律 already makes it possible for British holiday home owners to stay longer than the 90 days out of 180.

The 政府 does not have a majori ty in the French 議会.

'They must be able to come to フラン and make the most of their second homes and spend their money,' he said.?

Creative director Simon Amster, 55, and his wife bought the five-bed 15th century hideaway in the village of Sauveterre-de-Bearn 近づく Biarritz for just 50,000 euros (£42,000) eight years ago.?

But under Macron's 改革（する）, the 税金 will only be 課すd on those who own two houses in an 試みる／企てる to dissuade people from using 所有物／資産／財産s as their second homes in areas where 地元のs struggle to rent and buy.

Taking last year's 国家の 普通の／平均（する） 住居 税金 of ?772 for houses and ?941 for flats, then a 60 per cent 増加する would mean second home owners would be 支払う／賃金ing more than ?1,200 and ?1,500 on their houses and flats それぞれ.?
