There was 'no proof' two children and their church 大臣 father who 溺死するd on holiday in 前線 of the 残り／休憩（する） of their family could swim, an 検死 heard.

慰安 Diya, nine, her brother, 賞賛する-Emmanuel, 16, and their father, Gabriel, 52, all died after 慰安 'got into difficulty' in a pool at the Club La Costa World 訴える手段／行楽地 in Spain.

賞賛する-Emmanuel and Gabriel jumped in to help, while 慰安's other sister, Favour, 14, threw a lifebuoy into the water in a 企て，努力，提案 to save them, Croydon 検死官's 法廷，裁判所 heard.

Tragically, the 団体／死体s of all three family members ended up at the 底（に届く） of the pool and, にもかかわらず receiving CPR, they all died 'within minutes of each other', the 法廷，裁判所 was told.?

検死官 John Taylor told the 法廷，裁判所 that there were 'わずかに 相反する 見解／翻訳／版s' of the 悲劇の events that 広げるd in the 訴える手段／行楽地 around 20 miles from Malaga in southern Spain.

He said: 'Some say that 慰安 was in the pool and got into difficulty; some say she had difficulty getting out of the pool.

'There is no 論争 that a lifebuoy was thrown to her and no 論争 that her brother and father jumped in to help her.

'Mrs Diya was not able to categorically say that any of the three 死んだ could swim.

'She said she assumed her husband could swim because he had told stories of swimming in lakes in Nigeria and said the children were taking swimming lessons at the 訴える手段／行楽地.

'But there was no proof of them 存在 able to swim 独立して.

He later 追加するd in his 結論: 'It seems （疑いを）晴らす they were not 遂行するd swimmers and there were 言及／関連s to not 存在 able to swim - but I cannot 確認する this for sure.'

The 法廷，裁判所 also heard that Mrs Diya believed that there had been a fault with the pool and 接触するd an investigative reporter from ITN to talk about her 疑惑s.??

Mr Taylor 結論するd that all three had died from 'asphyxia 予定 to 溺死するing'

Mr Taylor read an email 交流 between the two: 'The reporter wrote: 'に引き続いて my trip to the 場所／位置, I 堅固に believe that the owners and the police in Spain are 伴う／関わるd in a cover-up.

'Upon arrival, I was asked for 許可 to 検査／視察する the 場所／位置, but the owner procrastinated and failed to give an answer.

'As the area was public, I then walked around the pool, filmed by ITN camera 乗組員.''

Mr Taylor continued: 'The investigative reporter raised 関心s about the pool's 生産（高） system, water level, and skimmers.

'He said: 'I believe this would have created a tremendous suction which the nine-year-old became entrapped in.

'Her 16-year-old brother and father then also became entrapped when they bravely tried to save her.'

But Mr Taylor told the 法廷，裁判所: 'He has drawn this 結論 without seeing firsthand 証拠.'?

Club La Costa World 否定するd any 怠慢，過失 and said there was 'no problem' with the pool.?

Croydon 検死官's 法廷，裁判所 also heard that Spanish 当局 had sent 文書s in 2019 which 明言する／公表するd that the 操作／手術 of the pool's モーター was 存在 調査／捜査するd and 実験（する）s were 存在 carried out on the water.?

He later 追加するd in his 結論: 'It seems （疑いを）晴らす they were not 遂行するd s wimmers and there were 言及／関連s to not 存在 able to swim - but I cannot 確認する this for sure'?

'But in the last four years since the deaths, we have had no （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the 結果 of the 調査s,' Mr Taylor said.

Mr Taylor 結論するd that all three had died from 'asphyxia 予定 to 溺死するing'.?

He 追加するd: 'This must be a terrible 悲劇 for the family, who were on holiday in Spain in the week 主要な up to Christmas.'
