More than half of drivers now 直面する 罰金s from cash-strapped 地元の 当局 for entering yellow boxes, making 違法な U-turns or travelling in bus 小道／航路s under new 力／強力にするs for town halls.

It comes as 運転者s are also 存在 的d in new clean 空気／公表する 計画（する）s in Oxford, as it is 始める，決める to 速く 拡大する its 無 放出／発行 zone (ZEZ) and 問題／発行する 二塁打 罰金s for drivers.

Under the new 計画（する）s, the ZEZ, which 現在／一般に covers just a handful of streets, would be 増加するd to 含む the wider city centre.
