Tracy Doherty, 60, used her Renault Megane Sport Alize to 運動 from her home in Bexley, south east London to visit and care for her 80-year-old mother Elizabeth Henry in Woolwich.

The letter from 契約s and 操作/手術s 経営者/支配人 D. Milton said: 'We apologise for the 延期する in our reply.

A stunned and furious Mrs Doherty told MailOnline the 状況/情勢 has left her desolate.?

'I can't afford to buy another car,' she said. 'I don't 運動 a 20 year old car because I've got money.

'I gave it to them again and again and again.

'The last email I got at the beginning of February said 'you're not ulez compliant' so on?the 26th I thought 'I need to 捨てる this now'.'

Mrs Doherty 追加するd: 'I look after my 85-year-old mother, but I can't get to her now and now so she'll 結局最後にはーなる in social services.

'I've had that car 20 years. It was clean as a whistle. I need that car.

'I could have kept my car. I fought so hard for it. But it's a joke.'

TfL says their cars do not 会合,会う 放出/発行s 基準s, making them liable for a daily £12.50 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金, にもかかわらず not having any 放出/発行s data for a 広大な number of models.

All?石油?and ディーゼルs cars 登録(する)d in the UK from January 1, 2006 and September 1 2015 onwards, それぞれ, will automatically be compliant with Ulez 支配するs because it was 違法な to build cars which were not after those dates.

TfL mostly uses data from the DVLA to check if a car is compliant and if it is known to be it is 追加するd to TfL's 登録(する). But this data is not on the V5C forms of a large number of older cars.

A TfL spokesperson told MailOnline: 'We are 極端に sorry for the way Ms Doherty's 事例/患者 was 扱うd and for any 苦しめる 原因(となる)d, as her 乗り物 should have been recognised as compliant.?
