A driver has 明らかにする／漏らすd how she was 軍隊d to 捨てる her car for just £250 after Sadiq 旅宿泊所's TfL 繰り返して told her that her car did not 会合，会う 放出／発行s 基準s - only to change their minds two weeks later.

Tracy Doherty, 60, used her Renault Megane Sport Alize to 運動 from her home in Bexley, south east London to visit and care for her 80-year-old mother Elizabeth Henry in Woolwich.

'Please be advised that we have 調査／捜査するd your （民事の）告訴 and all 文書s that you have sent to us and we can 確認する that your 乗り物, 登録 W126YNK has been 認可するd as compliant based on the 窒素 酸化物 (NOx) values 存在 in parameters.

'This means you do not have to 支払う／賃金 the ULEZ 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 to travel in the zone. Our 乗り物 同意／服従 登録（する） has been updated accordingly.'

A stunned and furious Mrs Doherty told MailOnline the 状況／情勢 has left her desolate.?

'I can't afford to buy another car,' she said. 'I don't 運動 a 20 year old car because I've got money.

'My take-home 支払う／賃金 a month is £1500. I work 十分な time, I don't get 利益s.'

Mrs Doherty has also received 脅すing letters from （強制）執行官s over 申し立てられた／疑わしい 未払いの ULEZ 罰金s of £559.?

'They kept 令状ing to me and I kept submitting 文書s,' Mrs Doherty said. 'I?must have submitted them about 15 times 含むing the 証明書 of 順応／服従. But every time they said send us the NOx which is on the 証明書.?

'I gave it to them again and again and again.

'The last email I got at the beginning of February said 'you're not ulez compliant' so on?the 26th I thought 'I need to 捨てる this now'.'

She said the 問題／発行するs had been 現在進行中の since 早期に September when she 適用するd for an account online with TfL.?

Mrs Doherty 追加するd: 'I look after my 85-year-old mother, but I can't get to her now and now so she'll 結局最後にはーなる in social services.

'I've had that car 20 years. It was clean as a whistle. I need that car.

'I could have kept my car. I fought so hard for it. But it's a joke.'

Speaking of her mother, she said:? 'I?can't take care of her, get her shopping, clean her. I can't do that now, she's on her own.'

TfL says their cars do not 会合，会う 放出／発行s 基準s, making them liable for a daily £12.50 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金, にもかかわらず not having any 放出／発行s data for a 広大な number of models.

All?石油?and ディーゼルs cars 登録（する）d in the UK from January 1, 2006 and September 1 2015 onwards, それぞれ, will automatically be compliant with Ulez 支配するs because it was 違法な to build cars which were not after those dates.

Ulez computer systems will automatically 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 - and then subsequently 罰金 if not paid - drivers of any 乗り物s that are not on the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of compliant 乗り物s when they 運動 in the zone.

TfL mostly uses data from the DVLA to check if a car is compliant and if it is known to be it is 追加するd to TfL's 登録（する）. But this data is not on the V5C forms of a large number of older cars.

Ulez 支配するs 明言する／公表する that to be compliant, 石油 have to 解放（する） いっそう少なく than 0.08g of NOx - harmful 汚染物s - per kilometre. This （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） has been 記録，記録的な／記録するd by many 製造業者s on a 証明書s of 順応／服従 since the late 1990s.

After MailOnline got in touch with TfL, a spokesperson 認める her car should have been recognised as compliant and 申し込む／申し出d to refund any 優れた 刑罰，罰則 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s and said they were now sorting out '可能性のある 治療（薬）s'.

A TfL spokesperson told MailOnline: 'We are 極端に sorry for the way Ms Doherty's 事例／患者 was 扱うd and for any 苦しめる 原因（となる）d, as her 乗り物 should have been recognised as compliant.?

'We are 査定する／（税金などを）課すing what went wrong and recognise that there has been some 混乱 with the 登録 過程. This will be 訂正するd.

Iain ワット, 53, and his partner Tina Kilnan, 52, saw their TfL 自動車 支払う／賃金 account 攻撃する，衝突する with 多重の £12.50 Ulez 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s when 運動ing their compliant cars, a BMW X3 and a 小型の Cooper, in the 資本／首都.

The 運転者, from Wensleydale, Yorkshire, told MailOnline that the 脅しs of 負債 回復 活動／戦闘 原因（となる）d 苦悩s for him - and his lawyer branded the system as 有罪の until proven innocent.
