Afghanistan is once again becoming a hotbed for テロリスト activity, 専門家s have 警告するd, as an emboldened Islamic 明言する／公表する-Khorasan (ISIS-K) 強固にする／合併する／制圧するs its 力／強力にする and 拡大するs its 世界的な 網状組織 of jihadists.

Last week's 破滅的な attack on Moscow, in which some 143 非軍事のs were gunned 負かす／撃墜する in an 操作／手術 （人命などを）奪う，主張するd by the Afghanistan-based terror group, 誘発するd fresh 恐れるs in Europe that the 脅し of Islamic extremism is resurgent.

Professor of 安全 熟考する／考慮するs at King's College London, Dr Peter Neumann, told MailOnline how ISIS-K's 増加するing strength could bring about more terror attacks on European 資本／首都s.?

'The jihadist 脅し (in Afghanistan) has become 重要な. It used to be stagnating, if not 拒絶する／低下するing, in the years after 2018, when ISIS in Syria and Iraq was 敗北・負かすd.?But two 開発s changed that.?

'First, Hamas' attacks against イスラエル on October 7 and the resulting 衝突, which 活動させる／戦時編成するd and mobilised Islamists and jihadists on an 前例のない 規模.

'And second, the growing ambition of ISIS-K, which is 現在／一般に the only ISIS (v)提携させる(n)支部，加入者 有能な of carrying out テロリスト attacks in 非，不，無-イスラム教徒 countries and is 積極性 追求するing a 戦略 for doing so.'
