A woman who 苦しむd brain 損失 after 落ちるing from a pier in むちの跡s has lost out on almost £600,000 after a 裁判官 支配するd she had been '完全に dishonest' in her 企て,努力,提案 for 補償(金).

More than 100 people had gathered on the beach on the night of Saturday, July 21, to watch the natural phenomena 広げる.

While returning to the shore, Ms Williams-Henry fell between four and five metres の上に 激しく揺するs and sand, with no safety 障壁s along the pier.

He said: 'I have come to the 結論 that both the claimant and her mother have been 完全に dishonest in their 贈呈 of the claimant's symptoms and disabilities and have sought to 誤って導く clinicians, medicolegal 専門家s and this 法廷,裁判所 about the claimant's health, 機能(する)/行事ing, activities of daily living and her work abilities.

'Looking at the claimant's 声明s which I have identified as lies... objectively, taking into account what a reasonable member of the public would consider to be honest, knowing all of the 関連した facts, I have come to the 結論 that the claimant and her mother have been objectively dishonest.'

The 裁判官 said that Ms Williams-Henry, from Port Talbot, had been drinking when she visited the pier with her family after 報告(する)/憶測s that bioluminescent 浮遊生物 had been spotted in the sea.

In a 裁判,公判 held over 11 days in Cardiff last month, Ms Williams-Henry said that she had not received proper rehabilitation since the 出来事/事件 and that she had 'good days and bad days' as a result of her 傷害s, which 原因(となる)d her problems in her personal and professional life.

She also 否定するd ever lying about her 傷害s, with her mother, Christel Williams, (人命などを)奪う,主張するing that her daughter had 'no life' 予定 to her 条件s.
