What started out as a trip to the 地元の park to walk her dog left 運転者 Julie Sansom £733 out of pocket and with her credit 率ing trashed.?

Now the 52-year-old is speaking out against the 不当利得行為 施行 company that have left her astonished at the problems she's since 直面するd.

支援する in January 2021, she went to Bestwood Country Park in Nottingham only to discover that the 以前は 解放する／自由な car park was now taking 支払い（額）s of £1 for parking.

'A few days later I was sent a parking 罰金 which I challenged and sent them screenshots of all the calls I had made to their number to make 支払い（額）.

'They 拒絶するd my 控訴，上告 説 I had not paid to park my car. I wrote 支援する and went through it again. They again replied 説 my 控訴，上告 was 拒絶するd but they 明確に hadn't read it.

'I told them I was not going to 支払う／賃金 and if they 追求するd it, I would take it up with my MP.'

In emails seen by MailOnline, Julie, a care 労働者 and dog walker, 明言する／公表するs: 'I am not 支払う／賃金ing anything until I have had an acknowledgment of my 控訴，上告 and its contents and an explanation of what I should have done in the circumstances…..to 妨げる me receiving a 罰金.'

She thought no more of it, until, 16 months later, in November 2022, a letter arrived from Civil 施行, the parking company, 説 they had successful 得るd a 郡 法廷，裁判所 裁判／判断 (CCJ) against her in the 郡 法廷，裁判所 商売／仕事 Centre.

'I had no idea this had happened,' she said. 'I was not told there would be a 審理，公聴会, and was just sent a letter 説 I now 借りがあるd £299 but they'd 受託する £224.33.'

After 存在 sent a letter from （強制）執行官s, Julie was 軍隊d to 支払う／賃金 up but worse was to follow.

'They made it all sound like 基準 practice but it would cost me £399 加える £108 in 法廷，裁判所 料金s.

'They told me it would take 10 to 12 weeks but now I have been waiting for over seven months.

'I was told that all my paperwork had been lost and needed to be resubmitted.

'It is 完全に 不公平な. The parking company are just trying it on with 運転者s and the 法廷，裁判所s are 支援 them up.

'How can it かもしれない be 権利 to 持つ／拘留する such serious and impactful 審理，公聴会s without letting the person 影響する／感情d know it's happening?

'The comments I've seen about Civil 施行 are appalling. People are given parking tickets while they look for somewhere to park. It's an utter scam.'

Julie is not the only one to 直面する 類似の problems in that car park.

Julie is not the only one to 直面する 類似の problems in the Bestwood 宿泊する Hotel car park

'Two weeks later my friend got a letter 明言する／公表するing she had not paid & must 支払う／賃金 £100. We 控訴，上告d. For some 推論する／理由 Bestwood 宿泊する have 雇うd a company from Liverpool.

信用 操縦する has many reviews criticising Civil 施行 Ltd.

One from last week said: 'Legalised 引き裂く off. £60 罰金 for parking in a KFC car park while eating inside. We had no 認識／意識性 that the car park was 監視するd or timed. This is a legalised scam.'

Another from March said: 'I didn't even park in car park they said. There (sic) photos show I'm in a different place.'

The 'Parking Cowboys' website 述べるs Civil 施行 as, 'a very litigious company, 問題／発行するing h undreds if not thousands of （人命などを）奪う，主張するs per year. They are known to 問題／発行する （人命などを）奪う，主張するs for historical parking tickets (up to six years in the past) when many people were 一般に ignoring them.

Civil 施行 is a 私的な company, 始める，決める up in 2005, to 供給する 'support services' to other 商売／仕事s.

Accounts show the Liverpool-based 商売／仕事 turned over £25.98 million in 2022-23.

They have been 接触するd for comment.
