Mr Toughfar, a practising イスラム教徒 from Morocco, began working at The Grove School in north London in April 2020, an 雇用 法廷 was told.

He told the 法廷 he believed Mr McKay 支持を得ようと努めるd had created his own 投票(する)ing 最終期限 without telling anyone, so the award went to him because he is イスラム教徒.

In a 'light-hearted and jovial' award 儀式, Mr Toughfar was 指名するd the 勝利者 of the Christmas Grinch award, and went up to collect a miniature Oscar statue as a トロフィー, the 法廷 was told.

He told the 法廷 he did not know anything about the character, and asked a 同僚 who showed him pictures and a description on her phone, 原因(となる)ing him to be 'upset and 苦しめるd'.

He later held a 会合 with a 上級の member of staff in which he 手渡すd 支援する his トロフィー, and (人命などを)奪う,主張するd the award 量d to いじめ(る)ing and 差別, the 法廷 heard.

In an email to a school HR 経営者/支配人, he said: 'I have never known a workplace, let alone a school, who would give a member of staff such an unkind and 不適切な トロフィー.

'I do not understand how such a 決定/判定勝ち(する) to give someone a トロフィー 描写するing this character could be permitted.?

'This is essentially 促進するing いじめ(る)ing in 前線 of the whole school staff and this is an 行為/法令/行動する of いじめ(る)ing and 差別.'

裁判官 Dilbaag Bansal said Mr Toughfar had 'not put 今後 any 証拠 どれでも that his 存在 awarded the Christmas Grinch award was either because of or 関係のある to his 宗教.

'The 法廷 was 満足させるd that the 推論する/理由 why he received the Christmas Grinch award was because he had received the highest number of 投票(する)s at the point the 投票(する)ing had の近くにd.'
