Niamke Doffou selected the '無 捕らえる、獲得するs used' 選択 on the self-service checkout as he packed up his shopping at the end of a night 転換 at Romford Sainsbury's Superstore, an 雇用 法廷 heard.

雇用 裁判官 Eleena Misra K.C said: 'Having considered all of the 証拠 before me I 結論するd that the （人命などを）奪う，主張する for 不公平な 解雇／（訴訟の）却下 is not 井戸／弁護士席 設立するd and is therefore 解任するd.
'The CCTV （映画の）フィート数 and 領収書 明確に 証明するd to [Sainsbury's] that [Mr Doffou] took 捕らえる、獲得するs for life without 支払う／賃金ing for them.
'[Sainsbury's] carried out a reasonable and proportionate 調査 into the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 行為／行う and he was given a 十分な 適切な時期 to 答える／応じる.
'[Mr Doffou]'s explanations were not みなすd to be 信頼できる explanations and [Sainsbury's] was する権利を与えるd on the 証拠 to 結論する that he had committed 不品行／姦通 notwithstanding the low value of the 捕らえる、獲得するs taken.
'Once the 決定／判定勝ち（する） 製造者 had 結論するd that he had 行為／法令／行動するd dishonestly and committed 窃盗, it is very hard to argue that the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 解任する fell outside a reasonable 禁止（する）d of 返答s.
'I find that it was within such a 禁止（する）d.'
