Looking out over the sparkling harbour of Monte Carlo, where his £10m superyacht will soon be moored, as he browses apartments in the £20-25m bracket to find a place to park his £500,000 Rolls Royce Spectre, '億万長者 gypsy' Alfie Best can't help breaking into song.

And soon passing tourists wandering the waterfront are looking 一連の会議、交渉／完成する bemused at his cheesy rendition of the Dean ツバメ 攻撃する，衝突する 'That's Amore'.

The 推論する／理由 for his good mood? Best - who was born in a caravan - has just 明らかにする／漏らすd he will never 支払う／賃金 UK 所得税 again as long as he lives, 潜在的に saving himself millions of 続けざまに猛撃するs.

Britain's richest gypsy - whose fortune is 現実に somewhere 近づく the £700m 示す than the 人物／姿／数字 used in his popular 愛称 - has emigrated to the millionaire's 税金 避難所 playground of Monaco in a 抱擁する blow to HMRC and （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Jeremy 追跡（する）.

In an 排除的 interview with MailOnline to 示す his 出発 from Britain, Best told us: 'It is true I will not 支払う／賃金 any 所得税….I am going to start a 商売／仕事 here and have no 意向 of returning to the UK.'

Best - who is quick to point out that he will still be 支払う／賃金ing 会社／団体 税金 on all his UK 商売／仕事s にもかかわらず his personal change of circumstances - says he was more 動機づけるd to leave the country by the 明言する／公表する of what he calls 'Broken Britain'.

And he also 非難するs a 敵意を持った 環境 to entrepreneurs like himself for which he 非難するs 政治家，政治屋s.

In a fascinating and 明らかにする／漏らすing 延長するd interview, his first since his move, the 54 year old flitted between delight at his new 環境 and his 計画（する）s for the 未来 and fury at what he sees as the 失敗 of the UK.

He told us: 'Yes, it's true I will not be 支払う／賃金ing personal 所得税 by living on Monaco but all my companies are still in the UK so they will be 支払う／賃金ing 税金.

'I have always paid my fair 株 of 税金 and will continue to do so. The only difference 存在 here in Monaco is that I do not 支払う／賃金 personal 所得税. So when I get （株主への）配当s from my companies there will be no 所得税 to 支払う／賃金.

'It is no longer 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain but Broken Britain. If you are a successful 実業家, you are punished by the taxman and I have had enough of that. I have been chased for seven years and have had enough of that.

'There must be a 推論する／理由 all our successful entrepreneurs have left to take their companies overseas. Sir James Dyson and Sir James Radcliffe have all left to 始める，決める up 商売／仕事 overseas. I'm not the first and will not be the last.'

As someone who has enjoyed the spoils of fabulous wealth, from a personal ヘリコプター with the 登録 G-PSYE to a (n)艦隊／(a)素早い of 高級な cars, Best knows he will fit in perfectly 井戸／弁護士席 の中で the rich and famous who call Monaco their home.

The 配達／演説／出産 of a £500,000 Rolls Royce Spectre car in the summer will certainly make him feel more at home の中で the endless Ferrari's and Bentleys 巡航するing around the 狭くする, 新たな展開ing roads of Monte Carlo that next month hosts the F1 Grand Prix.

Over half the 38,000 居住（者）s in the principality overseen by Prince Albert can clai m to be a millionaires, but few if any have a rags to riches story as incredible as Best's.

Born into a gypsy Romany family in a caravan at the 味方する of the road he left school at the age of 12 and his first 職業 was helping his father sell tarmac door-to door.

At the age of 17 he became a car 売買業者 before 開始 a chain of 動きやすい phone shops which he later sold for a large 利益（をあげる）.

It was the springboard to 始める，決める up Wyldecrest Parks and he 設立するd his first 動きやすい home park in Essex at the age of 30.

In the last two years he had become ますます unhappy with the direction the country was taking and the 欠如（する） of support for businessmen. The clamp 負かす／撃墜する on 非，不，無 doms he says was the final straw that made his mind up to leave.

Best was scathing of Rishi Sunak who he had such 約束 in when he was elected 総理大臣 but no longer believes has the 利益／興味s of wealth creators at heart.

'When Rishi became 総理大臣, I thought it would be like the second coming of Christ. Here was a man who understood all about the entrepreneur spirit and to help 運動 商売／仕事 今後 in the UK,'he said.

'What did he do? He got criticised because his wife's a 億万長者 and the next thing he did was to say in the next two years we will 税金 the 非，不，無 doms.

'What a lunatic says that as all they will do is take their experience and wealth and leave the country ? that's 正確に／まさに what I have done.

'I just don't know why he is doing that. It is just stifling the entrepreneur spirit that made Britain so 広大な／多数の／重要な.'

Best 追加するd: 'I want the 政府 to 支援する 商売／仕事. Love or hate Mrs Thatcher she 支援するd 商売／仕事, and she made 商売／仕事 栄える again. Tony Blair did a 広大な／多数の／重要な 職業 支援 商売／仕事.

'商売／仕事 creates 職業s and wealth and that is something that seems to have been forgotten 支援する in Britain.

'Lots of entrepreneurs have left the UK but look at America and they all still live there. You have to ask why that is, and I believe it is because they are not 扱う／治療するd the same as we are in the UK. They are encouraged and 扱う／治療するd 公正に／かなり.'

Best said the taxman uses the 最高の-rich as a 'money tree' and is angry at the way they have hounded him and others over the years.

'I have had 42 税金 調査s in the last seven years, and they have 設立する nothing,' he said.
