Staff at a Rwanda 宿泊所 （ーのために）とっておくd since 2022 for 亡命 探検者s are so bored waiting, they are dusting leaves from indoor 計画（する）s and 選ぶing 少しのd from the lawn ? to the tune of more £220 million of taxpayers' money.
The Hope 宿泊所 is one of several 所有物／資産／財産s selected by the Rwandan 政府 to house 違法な 移民，移住（する）s who will be flown from the UK in July after PM Rishi Sunak 公約するd 'nothing will stand in our way'.
But with dozens human 権利s lawyers waiting in the wings to fight （人命などを）奪う，主張するs and a 労働 政府 半端物 on to take 力／強力にする - and who have already 公約するd to 捨てる the 計画／陰謀 - taxpayers will be furious at what looks ますます like a 高くつく／犠牲の大きい white elephant.
Earlier his week MailOnline was the first British news organisation to visit the Hope 宿泊所 since the 政府's Rwanda 法案 was passed late on Monday night and was given a guided 小旅行する of the 前提s.
始める，決める in the smart Kagugu 地区 of Kigali, home to 非常に／多数の expat houses, international schools and a few minutes 運動 from the plush greens of the city's only ゴルフ course.
Hope 宿泊所 was selected as a 場所／位置 to house 100 claimants and the managing director and staff told us they had been '100 per cent ready since 2022' and were eager t o welcome 可能性のある 居住（者）s.

When we were shown around the four-storey building, we were astonished to see staff on every level, wiping the dust from leaves of indoor palm trees, outside 選ぶing 逸脱する 少しのd from the lawn or 手渡す clipping the hedges to within an インチ of their life.
In fact, the manicured gardens at Hope 宿泊所 are so pristine they wouldn't look out of place in a typical English village tennis club and are easily the envy of any groundsman looking for a verdant lawn.
When they do 結局 - or should that be if ? arrive, claimants will be housed in twin rooms with a comfortable mosquito covered 逮捕する bed, sliders, basic toiletries and a welcome pack of 着せる／賦与するs.
Because the 大多数 are 推定する／予想するd to be イスラム教徒s a personal Koran and 祈り mat is also made 利用できる in each room and there are also two computer 控訴s and two red carpeted 祈り rooms.
The rooms all have balconies, and the fortunate ones will have みごたえのある 見解（をとる） over a valley に向かって Kigali's central 商売／仕事 地区 and the 課すing 6,000ft Mt Kigali which 支配するs the horizon.

On entering through the 安全 gates at the guarded コンビナート／複合体 the first thing that 迎える／歓迎するs you is the Hope 宿泊所 スローガン ? 'Come as a guest leave as a friend' ? but UK taxpayers will be left thinking 'if only'.
Hope 宿泊所 once housed 孤児s whose parents had been killed in the 1994 Rwandan 集団殺戮 which saw 800,000 Tutsi's 虐殺（する）d by Hutu 極端論者s in a 大虐殺s that lasted 100 days and whose 周年記念日 is this month.
Ismael Bakina, managing director of the Hope 宿泊所, told the Mail: 'We were selected in June 2022 for this 事業／計画（する） and it's not my place to talk politics, but we have been ready and witing for two years.
'We are 100 per cent ready and if 亡命 探検者s arrived from the UK tonight it would not be a problem for us, we have been 封鎖する 調書をとる／予約するd the past two years and the staff here have been busy 準備するing themselves.
'It's a shame no one has arrived yet but we can 保証（人） a hospital welcome for them ? the food and （水以外の）飲料 team are ready but they 港／避難所't had to cook anything yet apart for meals for the staff.'
One member of staff said: 'It's been the same thing day in day out for the last two years, clean, clean, clean and we wait, wait, wait for people to arrive and no one has maybe they will soon.
'I spend my days wiping dust from the indoor 工場／植物s, then wiping the dust from the railings on each 床に打ち倒す and then きれいにする the bathrooms but because no one uses them they are always spotless.'
The 政府's Rwanda 計画（する） was introduced in 2022 and at one 行う／開催する／段階 a 計画（する） was ready and waiting to 出発／死 from Stansted but in the end it was cancelled and in the 介入するing years there have been a 安定した stream of 法廷，裁判所 事例／患者s.

Hope 宿泊所 is able to take 100 and によれば the 枠組み passed by the Rwanda 政府 earlier this week they will be する権利を与えるd to three meals a day 同様に as a 動きやすい telephone and SIM.

'The 目的（とする） is to make people feel at home, and they won't have to 支払う／賃金 for anything, all the costs have been 選ぶd up the UK and Rwandan 政府. The kitchens are ready, the rooms are ready, everything is ready we just need some people.'
For those that wish to cook themselves an outdoor kitchen has been 供給するd and there is also a laundry room on each 床に打ち倒す ? the 宿泊所 certainly has the feel of a midmarket self-catering apartment 封鎖する, except at Hope 宿泊所 meals are 供給するd.

Last month th e 政府's spending 監視者 said the UK would be 支払う／賃金ing £370 million to Rwanda as part of the 計画（する） and although no 会社／堅い 人物／姿／数字s have been 明らかにする／漏らすd it will 伴う／関わる around 1500 people.
Up to £150,00 will also be paid for each person sent to the east African country over the five-year period of the 計画／陰謀 ? it ends in 2027 ? and 労働 has already 述べるd the 国家の Audit Office 人物／姿／数字s as a '国家のs スキャンダル'.

'大臣s have bet the lot on the Rwanda 計画（する）, yet taxpayers have not seen any results.
'Time to show that this 計画／陰謀 isn't just a gimmick and will 現実に 配達する what it says on the tin.'
Behind the 反対する at the Hope 宿泊所 receptionist a staff member - sitting under a clock showing the time in London - sat talking to a 同僚.

The 退屈 of their day was evidently 明らかな with the only excitement coming from lunch that was about to be served by kitchen staff.

When asked what she made of critics who said Rwanda was not a 安全な country she replied: 'The attacks on Rwanda by 対抗者s of the 政策 are unjustifie d.

'This is why they're 投資するing in Rwanda's 経済的な and social 開発, and this could become a model for other countries 捜し出すing to 妨げる people from making dangerous 旅行s to Europe.'
She 追加するd:' Rwanda has been ready from the moment we first agree to enter into this 共同. In 新規加入 to Hope 宿泊所, Rwanda has entered into 協定s with other hotels that will avail the entirety of their 施設s to 融通する relocated individuals at a moment's notice.
'All migrant who come to Rwanda will be given the 適切な時期 to work, and we will 供給する them with the support they need to build new lives in Rwanda.
