But Mr Yousaf, who had already built up a 支援する 目録 of 論争s when in her 閣僚 - 含むing committing a 運動ing offence when 輸送（する） 長官 - showed 非，不，無 of the staying 力／強力にする of his 助言者.
He took over at the age of 37 he became the youngest FM ever and the first イスラム教徒.? But like fellow Scot David Moyes 取って代わるing Sir Alex Ferguson as 経営者／支配人 of Manchester 部隊d in 2013, he 相続するd 抱擁する boots he could not fill, and an organisation creaking behind the scenes.
His 職業 was made worse just weeks into his 職業 with the 逮捕（する） of Ms Sturgeon and her husband Peter Murrell.? ?

But he failed to see that this might make them a little angry, and naively 発言する／表明するd hopes they could continue to work together, hours before they agreed to 投票（する） to 追い出す him.?

The SNP 大臣 was 運動ing a friend's car on the way to a St Andrew's Night dinner, when 警官，（賞などを）獲得するs stopped him on the road between Ullapool and Inverness for a 決まりきった仕事 check.
He 認める 運動ing without 保険 and pleaded 有罪の in 法廷，裁判所 in 早期に 2017.

But Mr Yousaf stood by Ms Sturgeon throughout his time as a 大臣 and MSP and was rewarded with her 支援 when he stood to 取って代わる her in 早期に 2023.?

Humza Yousaf asked the group why no men had escaped from the warzone with them after they 提起する／ポーズをとるd for photos in Edinburgh during his （選挙などの）運動をする to 取って代わる Nicola Sturgeon.?
Ukrainian men who are of 軍の age are 大部分は forbidden to leave the country as the war with Russia continues. This means that the 大多数 of the 追い出すd Ukrainians arriving どこかよそで in Europe are women, children or the 年輩の.
Mr Yousaf told the BBC a number of Ukrainian men were どこかよそで in the building when he made the 発言／述べる.?He said in an interview later: 'They of course were rightly 説 to me that for many of them their families are not able to make it, not all of their families are able to make it.?I don't think any of the women were at all 感情を害する／違反するd or upset.'

Gender 法律 humiliation?
Perhaps his biggest humiliation （機の）カム in December when the Scottish 政府 lost its fight to introduce a 議論の的になる trans 法律 after a 法廷，裁判所 支配するd that Westminster had the 力／強力にする to overrule Holyrood.
The SNP 行政 brought the 事例／患者 at the 法廷，裁判所 of 開会／開廷／会期 after Scotland 長官 Alister Jack 拒否権d the Gender 承認 改革（する） (Scotland) 法案, which had been passed by the SNP-led Scottish 議会.
The 法律制定 簡単にするs the 過程 for transgender people to 得る a gender 承認 証明書 (GRC) and 公式に change their 合法的に-recognised sex.
The 法律 would have 許すd teens to 合法的に change gender from the age of 16. UK 法律s 要求する people to be 18 to 適用する for a Gender 承認 証明書.
Mr Yousaf 開始する，打ち上げるd the judicial review すぐに after he became First 大臣, but?裁判官s 支配するd that Mr Jack 行為／法令／行動するd 合法の when he invoked Section 35 of the Scotland 行為／法令／行動する ? brought in when the devolved Scottish 議会 was created.
The 問題／発行する was to come 支援する and bite him this month and play a more direct 役割 in his downfall.
Earlier in April Scotland's gender clinic 'paused' the 定める／命ずるing of puberty blockers after 'days of shameful silence and dithering' from the Scottish 政府.
The Sandyford clinic in Glasgow said no prescriptions would be 問題／発行するd to new 患者s and under-18s would not get other gender hormone 治療s.
The U-turn （機の）カム after a review of gender services for children in England 設立する there was 'not enough 証拠' puberty ?blockers are 安全な or 効果的な.
The findings by Dr Hilary Cass piled ?圧力 on the NHS in Scotland to 捨てる the 議論の的になる practice of giving such 麻薬s to gender-尋問 children.
But it infuriated the プロの／賛成の-trans Greens, who 手配中の，お尋ね者 Mr Yousaf to 逆転する the 決定／判定勝ち（する）.?
Along with last week's watering 負かす／撃墜する of 逮捕する 無 的s - 除去するing 計画（する）s to 会合，会う some goals by 2030 to 焦点（を合わせる） on 達成するing the main 的 in 2045 - it was one of the 誘発する／引き起こすs for the 見込みのある Green 投票（する） to end the co-操作／手術 協定.?
'Obsessed with independence'?
In January Mr Yousaf was?（刑事）被告 of 'obsessing' over Scottish independence at the expense of problems 直面するing its people.
In a speech the First 大臣 公約するd to continue for Scotland to leave the UK and 再結合させる the EU 'regardless' of how the party does at the next 総選挙.
He 開始する，打ち上げるd the SNP's 総選挙 （選挙などの）運動をする by 的ing all 保守的な seats in Scotland, 説 winning the 大多数 of seats would give 'democratic 影響 to Scotland becoming an 独立した・無所属 country'.
But opinion 投票s 示唆する he will lose seats and the SNP may lose its 栄冠を与える as Scotland's largest party at Westminster.
At the last 総選挙, the SNP won 48 out of 59 Scottish seats. But 投票ing 分析家s have said it 直面するs a challenge from 労働 north of the 国境. In October the プロの／賛成の-independence party lost a 補欠選挙 race in Rutherglen and Hamilton West, with 労働 overturning a previous SNP 大多数 of more than 5,000.

A stirring up offence on the basis of race has been on the 法令 調書をとる／予約する in Scotland since 1986.

The 行為／法令／行動する has also raised the 怒らせる of policing 団体／死体s, with the Scottish Police 連合 (SPF) （人命などを）奪う，主張するing training for officers is not enough and the 協会 of Scottish Police Superintendents (ASPS) raising 関心s about the 法律制定 存在 weaponised for political 目的s.
ASPS 警告するd vexatious （民事の）告訴s could be made against people based on their 見解（をとる）s by political 対抗者s.
In a letter to Holyrood's 司法（官） 委員会, they said the 法律 could be 'weaponised' by an '行動主義者 fringe' across the political spectrum.
But on Friday, First 大臣 Humza Yousaf told the PA news 機関: 'I would say to anybody who thinks they are a 犠牲者 of 憎悪, we take that 本気で, if you felt you are a 犠牲者 of 憎悪, then of course 報告（する）／憶測ing that to police is the 権利 thing to do.
'If you're thinking about making a a vexatious （民事の）告訴, if you're thinking about making a （民事の）告訴 and there's no 長所 in that, then do know that the police will take that serious ーに関して／ーの点でs of 取り組むing vexatious （民事の）告訴s and so I would 勧める you not to do it.'
The First 大臣 has 繰り返して said there is '故意の誤報' 存在 spread about the 法案 and what it entails, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing there is a '３倍になる lock' of 保護 for speech.
This 含むs an explicit 条項, a defence for the （刑事）被告's behaviour 存在 'reasonable' and that the 行為／法令／行動する is 両立できる with the European 条約 on Human 権利s.
Mr Yousaf also told 新聞記者／雑誌記者s on Friday that the 法律制定 would not go the way of other high-profile 法律を制定する U-turns under the SNP, such as the 指名するd persons 計画／陰謀 and the 不快な／攻撃 Behaviour at Football 行為／法令／行動する.
The 法律制定, which he shepherded through Holyrood as former first 大臣 Nicola Sturgeon's 司法（官） 長官, 'got the 権利 balance' between 保護s against hate 罪，犯罪 and freedom of speech, he said.
But critics, many of whom, 含むing the Harry Potter author, 持つ／拘留する gender 批判的な 見解（をとる）s, have said it would be weaponised against them.
SNP MP Joanna Cherry has 以前 said 存在 under police 調査 could be a 罰 in itself.
