A 広大な/多数の/重要な grandmother has been awarded nearly £25,000 for an 不公平な 解雇/(訴訟の)却下 after bosses fed up with her taking time off work to care for a 'naughty' child told her to give him a 'good 非難する'.

The 雇用 法廷 heard that she became the carer of a four year old child, referred to only as X, in May 2021 which?placed '広大な/多数の/重要な 緊張する' on her and meant she was under 'a lot of 強調する/ストレス, 圧力 and 苦悩' as she was 'juggling a lot of things' 含むing the day to day care for the child.

The 法廷 was told bosses knew of Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s' 状況/情勢 with X from 'very 早期に on' with 調整s 存在 made to 'support her'.

In July 2021 she asked for a 会合 with the directors - Kevin Bennet and Maxine Carvey - about juggling work and caring for X.

The Leicester 審理,公聴会 was told whilst '同情的な' to her circumstances, Mr Bennet was '失望させるd' by the 追加するd 不確定 he would have to manage in planning his 生産(高).

As a result, her working hours were adjusted so she could do the school run at the start and end of each day.

雇用 裁判官 Robert Clark said: 'I have 結論するd that it is more likely than いっそう少なく likely that Ms Carvey did make comments to [Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s] along the lines of 'she should give X a good 非難する' or that 'X was just a naughty child' or that 'X just needs a good 非難する'.

'In what would become the last few weeks of 雇用 there were その上の comments along the lines of X 存在 naughty and just needing a 非難する.

'I find in one conversation between [Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s] and Maxine Carvey she 株d how she had had a difficult day the previous day and the reply was 'to sl ap him'.

'Mr Bennet referred to 'give him a good 非難する' which would sort him out and that 'it never did any 害(を与える) to my kids'.

'I 受託する that although made in the 状況 of this over familiar 関係, and not ーするつもりであるd as literal directions or even 言及/関連s to true experiences, [Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s] was ますます 関心d about 言及/関連s to physical 暴力/激しさ in 状況 of X's life experiences.

'She either ignored the comment or replied in a 事柄-of-fact way that she would not 非難する a child.

'[Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s] did not call out the comment beyond that, but I 受託する that it would have been (疑いを)晴らす the comments were received as 不適切な comments.'

He said there had been a 'heated 交流' in which comments had been made '的ing X 本人自身で by use of words to the 影響 of needing a good 非難する'.

'That その上の supports her perception that her 雇用者 was 失望させるd with the 手はず/準備 it had put in place for her and she was additionally anxious about what that 圧力 meant for her 雇用.'

The 裁判官 said there had been '積極的な 批評' of Mrs 物陰/風下-保護物,者s and her family, and '失望/欲求不満' at her caring かかわり合いs. She was awarded £24,725 in 補償(金).
