Once one of Hollywood’s most 批判的に acclaimed 星/主役にするs ? winning Oscars for his 役割s in The Usual 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑うs and American Beauty ? Spacey has been dogged by 主張s of 性の 不品行/姦通 since 2017.

In July last year, Spacey 直面するd 裁判,公判 at Southwark 栄冠を与える 法廷,裁判所 over nine 性の offences 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s in a 事例/患者 伴う/関わるing four men. He 熱心に 否定するd their (人命などを)奪う,主張するs and the 陪審/陪審員団 acquitted him of all 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s.

The previous year a 陪審/陪審員団 in a US civil 事例/患者 also 設立する in his favour, 解任するing (人命などを)奪う,主張するs brought by the actor Anthony Rapp, who was the first man to make 主張s against Spacey in 2017. The MoS has learnt that those interviewed in the Channel 4 文書の, which will be broadcast tomorrow and Tuesday, 含む three British men whose (人命などを)奪う,主張するs were not the 焦点(を合わせる) of last year’s 犯罪の 裁判,公判.

These 主張s relate to Spacey’s time as artistic director at the Old Vic between 2003 and 2015. Under his tutelage, the once struggling theatre became the hottest ticket in town, 同様に as a 栄えるing creative community.

の中で the most shocking 主張s are those made by former actor Ruari 大砲, 指名するd by the i newspaper yesterday after he waived his anonymity.

He (人命などを)奪う,主張するd Spacey groped him in June 2013 at an after-show party of Old Vic’s 生産/産物 of 甘い Bird Of 青年.

Mr 大砲, who was 21 when he landed a 役割 in the play starring Sex And The City’s Kim Cattrall, said he was ‘pulled in の近くに’ by Spacey who then ‘put his left 手渡す 負かす/撃墜する by my bum and he stuck his middle finger as far up me as possible... just tried to go up through my boxers, up inside me.’

He ‘全く froze’, while Spacey, ‘pulled me in closer’ and ‘in my ear, he whispered, “don’t worry about it”’. Afterwards, Mr 大砲 解任するs, Spacey disappeared ‘just like a shark, just moved straight through and into Kevin Spacey 方式 at a 圧力(をかける) night’.

?Mr 大砲, who also appeared in the film World War Z と一緒に Brad Pitt, is understood to have first made his 主張 to a reporter from the i newspaper in October 2017 but felt too worried about the 可能性のある 衝撃 on his life and career to 明らかにする/漏らす anything 公然と at the time.

But now, having left the profession, he wants people to hear his story, it is (人命などを)奪う,主張するd.

Speaking to the i yesterday, Mr 大砲 said the 申し立てられた/疑わしい 出来事/事件, which he said took place in The Savoy hotel, 影響する/感情d his self-価値(がある), 信用 in other people and his 願望(する) to continue 事実上の/代理. Spacey 否定するd the 主張 in his interview with Wootton, 説 it would have been 証言,証人/目撃するd by dozens of photographers if it had happened.

‘This makes no sense. It’s ridiculous and it never happened.’

Another Old Vic 従業員 ? 指名するd as Danny De Lillo in The Telegraph yesterday ? told the 文書の that he had an interaction with Spacey while working as an 勧める during the theatre’s 生産/産物 of Cinderella. He said he was sitting in a tiny space by the 立ち往生させるs when Space y (機の)カム in and wedged his 団体/死体 into the gap before ‘押し進めるing his groin into his 直面する. The pantomime is going on with families and children and I could smell him. I froze just in a way that I couldn’t move and I just felt so small.’

Danny, who (人命などを)奪う,主張するs the 星/主役にする touched him inappropriately on other occasions, said he began dreading going into work.

‘I just thought what have I done to deserve this. How can he get on 行う/開催する/段階.

‘How can he sleep at night. It’s such an 侵略 of a human 存在. I just felt like a piece of meat.’ He did not feel he could speak out ? until now. ‘This was a tiny London theatre with an A-名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) 星/主役にする and they worshipped him,’ he said.

In his interview on X, Spacey 受託するd his behaviour at the Old Vic could be ‘flirty’, ‘不適切な’, ‘drunken’ and ‘clumsy’ but he 否定するd the former 勧める’s (人命などを)奪う,主張する.

‘I just have to say I find this 主張 完全に 不快な/攻撃… Here again it’s someone taking liberties and changing the musical 得点する/非難する/20 of the scene as you will in an 成果/努力 to give it new meaning. 非,不,無 of this happened in the way this has been 述べるd.’

The programme also 含む/封じ込めるs a string of 主張s about the 星/主役にする’s 行為/行う before he took up his position at the Old Vic. A former film programme 調整者/コーディネーター at New York’s Public Theatre called Andy 述べるd how Spacey was a 比較して unknown young actor when, in the 早期に 1980s, he (機の)カム into his office with an obvious erection before 強制的に pulling him on 最高の,を越す of his desk and 圧力(をかける)ing the 十分な 軍隊 of his 団体/死体 into him.

‘It was just 完全に out of the blue and 完全に wordless, angry,’ Andy 解任するd.

‘There was no 注目する,もくろむ 接触する, there was nothing but 軍隊, physical 軍隊, and I’m 押し進めるing him off, 説, “get off me, this is my office”.’ Spacey has 主張するd the 出来事/事件 did not happen.

By the late 1990s, Spacey had made it from a jobbing actor to international stardom.

In 1998, 紅潮/摘発する with Oscar success having won the Best Supporting Actor gong for The Usual 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑うs, he (機の)カム into the 軌道 of a former US 海洋 called Scott at LA’s famed club the Viper Room.

The pair ‘攻撃する,衝突する it off’ によれば Scott and Spacey 申し込む/申し出d to help the then aspiring actor with a headshot and CV.

When he subsequently met Spacey, the 星/主役にする 示唆するd they watch a 審査 of the 1998 war film Saving 私的な Ryan ? on which Scott had worked in 地位,任命する-生産/産物.

Scott 解任するd Spacey finding a hidden nook in the cinema where, to his astonishment, he started 楽しみing himself as the film’s traumatic 開始 sequence 広げるd. ‘Some of the most horrific wa r (映画の)フィート数 ever recreated, and there’s this guy rubbing one out during the 侵略 of Normandy,’ he said.

‘And finally he reaches over and 得る,とらえるs my 手渡す and tries to get me to help out.’

He 辞退するd, but 解任するs his shock at the paralysis he felt.

‘It’s so shocking but your first reaction is not 暴力/激しさ, it’s like you did something wrong, brought it の上に yourself and you feel shame.’

Speaking to Wootton, Spacey said the 主張 was so ridiculous it would be laughable in any other 状況. ‘The truth is I have never seen 私的な Ryan,’ he 追加するd.

Yesterday afternoon Spacey 地位,任命するd an email that he (人命などを)奪う,主張するd was sent from Scott in 2011 which 趣旨d to show him enquiring about a 役割 in one of Spacey’s film 事業/計画(する)s. Spacey wrote: ‘If this guy was so turned off by everything he (人命などを)奪う,主張するs I did, why is he still chasing me 13 years later? (See email from 2011).’

The 文書の paints a portrait of a troubled and often lonely man who the men interviewed (人命などを)奪う,主張する continually overstepped 境界s.

‘Even though it [the 判決] absolves him of having committed a 罪,犯罪 in those 事例/患者s, I know that his behaviour is not morally or ethically 許容できる,’ 足緒, one of those featured, said.

足緒 述べるd how, while working as an 抑留する on an 無名の Spacey 生産/産物 in New York in the late 1990s, he became the 焦点(を合わせる) of the 星/主役にする’s attention. Spacey told him he would ‘誘拐する’ him to help him go through his lines.

‘It felt like this dream come true,’ he said of the 星/主役にする’s 利益/興味 in him. Yet by the second week, 足緒 said Spacey ‘wasn’t 利益/興味d in running any lines’, but was trying to move the 関係 into different 領土.

‘He’d be lying on his couch and he would tr y to put my 手渡す on his crotch,’ he said.

At the end of the shoot, the pair were in a 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 along with other cast and 乗組員 when Spacey followed 足緒 to the bathroom and, 足緒 (人命などを)奪う,主張するd, 強襲,強姦d him. ‘He whips out his d*** and 押すs his tongue in my mouth,’ he said.

Paralysed, he was 救助(する)d by someone banging on the door, at which point the 星/主役にする ‘got very nervous, zipped up his pants and waltzed out of the 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業’.

Spacey said he did not 解任する that 申し立てられた/疑わしい 出来事/事件 but 追加するd: ‘I do 解任する many times in my life when I’ve smoked a 共同の in a bathroom 立ち往生させる and 除去するd my Johnson from my trousers and my tongue in some other person’s mouth. Is he 示唆するing I did all three of these in one go?’

In one of the most 最近の examples of 申し立てられた/疑わしい 不適切な behaviour, Daniel, an actor on the Golden Globe-winning House Of Cards, (人命などを)奪う,主張するd Spacey ‘groped’ him on 始める,決める when he was 23.

As the pair walked off 始める,決める, Daniel (人命などを)奪う,主張するd Spacey ‘tickled him below his zipper’ and touched his penis.

‘He had these dead 注目する,もくろむs looking at me, and I felt like I was 星/主役にするing into a soulless monster,’ he said. ‘I didn’t see it as anything 犯罪の. It was just disgusting behaviour on 始める,決める.’ 答える/応じるing to the (人命などを)奪う,主張するs, Spacey said it was possible he engaged in ‘some childish behaviour’ but 否定するd it was 性の.

‘That he now 言及するs to it as disgusting is probably a little 不公平な considering I was always with him in group settings and I wasn’t the only one engaging in horseplay.’

Throughout the course of his interview with Wootton, Spacey referred to a letter he had received from Channel 4 詳細(に述べる)ing the new 主張s against him and methodically 答える/応じるd to each of the men’s (人命などを)奪う,主張するs.

Wearing a 黒人/ボイコット 控訴, lilac shirt and blue tie, Spacey 否定するd 告訴,告発s of any 違法な behaviour, but did say he had made ‘clumsy passes’ at people in the past.

‘Were there times when I would flirt with some of the people who were 伴う/関わるd in those programmes who were in their 20s? Yes,’ he said.

‘Did I ever hook up with another actor? Yes. Did I make a clumsy pass at someone who wasn’t 利益/興味d as it turned out? Yes.

‘But I was not 雇うing them, I was not their boss, I was often-times just swimming in for an hour here or there as a 井戸/弁護士席-known actor to lend support... to answer questions.

‘That may not have been the best 決定/判定勝ち(する), and it is not one that I would do today, but it happened.

‘It wasn’t 違法な, and nor has it ever been 申し立てられた/疑わしい to have been 違法な.’

Speaking out about the 論争, which has (海,煙などが)飲み込むd his life for seven years, was his ‘only hope’, he said. ‘I would really just love to be above all of this,’ he said. ‘Not have to talk about it. Go 支援する to my da ily life. Get 支援する to work. But I have finally realised if I don’t fight 支援する, this will never end.’

Asked what the スキャンダル had cost him, he replied: ‘Everything. I have lost my 職業s. I have lost my house. I’ve got one foot in 破産. Everything.’
