A cyclist who knocked 負かす／撃墜する a pensioner and killed her after スピード違反 in a 20mph zone has been let off without 有罪の判決.

Brian Fitzgerald, a 副／悪徳行為 大統領，／社長 at Credit Suisse, 避けるd 起訴 after a 法廷，裁判所 heard that 速度(を上げる） 限界s did not 適用する the same way to cyclists as 運転者s.

Mr Fitzgerald was doing timed （競技場の）トラック一周s of Regent's Park, London as part of a group when he 粉砕するd into Hilda Griffiths, 81 while she was crossing the road with her dog at 7am on a Saturday in June 2022.

The group cycled anticlockwise around the perimeter of the park at an 普通の／平均（する） 速度(を上げる） of 25mph, によれば their GPS 装置s.
