A 罪人／有罪を宣告するd road 激怒（する） driver who was filmed 叫び声をあげるing 乱用 at a woman 運転者 after she sounded her horn at him for cutting her up has been 警告するd he 直面するs 刑務所，拘置所.

Peter Abbott got out of his car and approached 脅すd Samantha Isaacs' 乗り物 に引き続いて the minor 出来事/事件 outside a Tesco 石油 駅／配置する.

A terrified Mrs Isaacs, who runs a TV 生産／産物 company and has worked with Prince William and Alan Titchmarsh, locked her doors and began filming 怒った Abbott.

The 60-year-old banged on her windscreen with his 握りこぶしs before 抑えるのをやめるing the foul-mouthed tirade.

He shouted at her 'can you f***ing see me you f***ing tart?' He then called her a 's**g' and a 'wh***' and put his 長，率いる up against the windscreen.

A male 運転者 went to 介入する and called Abbott a いじめ（る）. The Good Samaritan told him 'what is wrong with you, it's a woman on her own' to which Abbott replied 'she's a f***ing 血まみれの annoying woman'.

The （映画の）フィート数 was shown at Poole 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 in Dorset where Abbott went on 裁判，公判 for using 脅すing words or behaviour to 原因（となる） alarm, 苦しめる or 恐れる of 暴力／激しさ.

Mr Abbott, 60, was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd at Poole 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 where he was 警告するd by a 裁判官 that he 直面するs 刑務所，拘置所 fo r the road 激怒（する） 出来事/事件 outside a Tesco 石油 駅／配置する?

He 否定するd the offence, 説 'it's not against the 法律 to be angry' but was 設立する 有罪の of the offence.

宣告，判決ing was 延期，休会するd for 報告（する）／憶測s but a 地区 裁判官 警告するd Abbott that he may go to 刑務所，拘置所 as it was the 'most serious' of this type of offence.

Afterwards Mrs Isaacs, who is 老年の in her late 50s, said: 'He's a horrible man and a いじめ（る）. I didn't want it to go this far, I just don't want him to do it to anyone else.'

The road 激怒（する） 出来事/事件 happened on August 25 last year when Mrs Isaacs was leaving the 石油 駅／配置する at Tesco Extra in Bournemouth, Dorset, just before lunchtime.

Abbott, who had been shopping in the main 蓄える／店, pulled out in 前線 of her 原因（となる）ing her to 激突する on her ブレーキs.

The mother of three honked her horn 誘発するing Abbott to make rude gestures at her before stopping his Toyota car and getting out.

Mrs Isaacs told the 法廷，裁判所: 'I had just pulled out and a car （機の）カム out of the shopping area and 完全に 削減（する） me up to the point where I had to 激突する on my ブレーキs so hard all my 所持品 （機の）カム off the 乗客 seat の上に the 床に打ち倒す.

Abbott （人命などを）奪う，主張するd he was the 犠牲者 of road 激怒（する） as Mrs Isaacs had sounded her horn several times, flashed her lights at him and made a rude gesture, but the 裁判官 didn't believe him

'I beeped my horn as if to say "loo k out" type of thing. He turned around in the car and started gesticulating, then he got out of the car and started shouting at me.

'He said what did I think I was doing and started hitting my car and calling me a lot of 指名するs like f***ing s**g and wh***.

'He was banging with both his 握りこぶしs on the windscreen and my door. I was 脅すd so I started ビデオing it.

'I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to show him I was 記録，記録的な／記録するing everything to make him stop. I had locked my doors, I wasn't getting out of my car.

'I didn't think he was going to kill me or anything but this was 増大するing and I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to have it on camera. I felt 危険な.

'I would have thought after it 存在 such a long time ago I would be okay, but it's still not very nice to watch [the ビデオ].

'He drove out into the road and stopped the car again. When we turned left at the traffic lights he stopped the car again. I overtook him and then realised how stupid it was because I realised that meant he was に引き続いて me. That's when I phoned the police.'

地区 裁判官 Orla Austin asked Mrs Isaacs what the long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 衝撃 had been. She said: 'Whenever I am in the car on my own I always keep the doors locked, I have made sure my dashcam 作品.

'I work in television, predominantly in London, and my daughter has had to take on more of my work because I don't want to 運動.

'I believed there was enough space so I pulled out. I looked at her in my 後部 見解（をとる） mirror, she was flashing her lights and sounding her horn and making a rude gesture at me.

He shouted at her 'can you f**king see me you f***ing tart?' He then called her a 's**g' and a 'wh***' and put his 長，率いる up against the windscreen?

'Rightly or wrongly I am the type of person if someone behaves like that to me I will want to say something, I will call them out on it. I will do it with anyone, whatever gender, size or age they are.

'I do not like people filming other people without their 許可, I think it's a 違反 of their privacy.

'The 推論する／理由 why the 出来事/事件 didn't just stop there is that I didn't see any dist ress どれでも, what I saw was her laughing at me and filming me after I asked her to stop. It was not a nervous laugh, it was a goading laugh.

'怒り／怒る is not a 合理的な／理性的な 機能（する）／行事. I 悔いる my behaviour but there's a number of 声明s I contest.'

Shami Duggal, 起訴するing, said: 'In the （映画の）フィート数 you were 存在 極端に 口頭で abusive, 脅すing and 脅迫してさせるing.

'That wasn't reasonable behaviour was it?'

Abbott replied: 'No I would agree, but it wasn't without 原因（となる）. It's not against the 法律 to be angry.'

裁判官 Orla Austin said she 設立する Mrs Isaacs an '完全に 信頼できる 証言，証人／目撃する' and 設立する Abbott 有罪の.

She said: 'It is very （疑いを）晴らす to me from the （映画の）フィート数 that he was banging on her car. The level of 怒り／怒る was 極端に high.

'I don't believe you, I find you did all those things and were 完全に 脅すing. The 怒り／怒る was out of all 割合 to the 出来事/事件.

'Your 意向 was to 原因（となる） her いやがらせ, alarm and 苦しめる. She was on her own, you 繰り返して 的d her, it was 支えるd 乱用 and had a 重要な 影響 on her.'

She 警告するd Abbott, of Bournemouth, that he 直面するs 監禁，拘置 as the 出来事/事件 was the 'most serious' of this type of offence and he had put the 犠牲者 through a 裁判，公判 にもかかわらず '圧倒的な 証拠'.

宣告，判決ing was 延期，休会するd until later this month for 保護監察 to 査定する／（税金などを）課す Abbott.
