Utah has been trolled with 4,000 hoax 入ること／参加（者）s in 72 hours after 開始する，打ち上げるing a 'snitch form' for the public to 報告（する）／憶測 transgender people for using the 'wrong' bathrooms.?

The 明言する／公表する passed a 法律 in January 要求するing people to use bathrooms and locker rooms that match their sex 割り当てるd at birth in 政府-owned buildings.

To police the 法律, they created a Hotline （民事の）告訴 Form - dubbed the 'snitch form' - for members of the public to 報告（する）／憶測 違反s to the 明言する／公表する auditor's office.

The Utah Auditor's office created the five-question form to 従う with 法律?HB257 'Sex-based 任命s for Privacy, Anti-いじめ（る）ing and Women’s 適切な時期s'.

The 法律 was 急ぐd through and 調印するd by 知事 Spencer Cox on January 26 and 制限するs which bathrooms and locker rooms trans people can use in 政府-owned buildings.

Under the 法律, the 明言する／公表する's auditor was 要求するd to '設立する a 過程 to receive and 調査／捜査する 申し立てられた／疑わしい 違反s of this 一時期／支部 by a 政府 （独立の）存在' with 可能性のある 罰金s up to $10,000 per 違反 per day.??

But auditor Dougall?told The Salt Lake Tribune?that they had received nearly 4,000 報告（する）／憶測s since 開始する，打ち上げるing the form but 'didn't see anything that looks 信頼できる'.

Instead the （民事の）告訴s have been '偽の', he said: 'For example, if they have my 指名する as a 原告，告訴人, you know, I’m not complaining.'

It also has a space to 追加する '文書s supporting your （民事の）告訴', like images or PDFs, which critics have slammed for encouraging strangers to photograph each other in restrooms.?

Utah 上院議員 Jennifer Plumb said: '明らかに Utah's 解答 to people feeling 危険な in restrooms is to encourage folks to take photos of & 焦点（を合わせる） extreme attention on the 私的な parts of others who are taking care of a 生物学の need to 除去する waste?'?

Under the 法律制定, transgender people can defend themselves against （民事の）告訴s by 証明するing they had gender-断言するing 外科 and changed the sex on their birth 証明書

'We need to step up our game, guys. Memes and trolling do not lead to this 報告（する）／憶測ing system getting clogged. We need 合法的 sounding 報告（する）／憶測s to clog the system.'

Last week 404 マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測d that the database of 入ること／参加（者）s had been left open to the public until Thursday, meaning anyone could 見解（をとる） 報告（する）／憶測s and photos inputted.?

Under the 法律制定, transgender people can defend themselves against （民事の）告訴s by 証明するing they had gender-断言するing 外科 and changed the sex on their bir th 証明書. 対抗者s 公式文書，認めるd not all 明言する／公表するs 許す people to change their birth 証明書s and that many trans people don't want to have 外科.

The 法律制定 also 要求するs schools to create 'privacy 計画（する）s' for trans students and others who may not be comfortable using group bathrooms, for instance by 許すing them to use a faculty bathroom ― something 対抗者s say may 'out' transgender children.

'We want public 施設s that are 安全な and 融通するing for everyone and this 法案 増加するs privacy 保護s for all,' Cox said in a 声明 Tuesday night.?

At least 10 other 明言する／公表するs ― Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Tennessee ― have passed 法律s that 捜し出す to 規制する which bathrooms trans people can use, and nine 明言する／公表するs 規制する the bathrooms that trans students can use at school.?
