The 議会 in Cardiff tonight 支援するd a 提案 to 増加する 会員の地位 from 60 to 96, an 増加する of more than 60 per cent.

選挙s will also take place every four years, instead of every five years, under a fully 比例代表制 after 労働 and the?国家主義者s Plaid Cymru 支援するd the change.

Members of the Senedd this evening 支援するd the changes by 43 投票（する）s in favour to 16 against.

Under the new system there will be 16 大きくするd 選挙区／有権者s, with six members elected in each area using the D'Hondt 決まり文句／製法, which is 現在／一般に used to elect the 20 付加 members.

Instead of five-year 条件, MSs will be elected for four-year 条件 and all 候補者s will have to live in むちの跡s.

The 最大限 number of 大臣s 任命するd by the party forming the 政府 will be 増加するd from 12 to 17, and there will be two 副 統括するing officers instead of the 現在の one.
