Bristol Rovers has 問題／発行するd a grovelling 陳謝 after sending an email to 支持者s referring to '無能にするd fans and normal fans'.
The gaffe happened in a 私的な email 交流 as the club 明らかにするd the 詳細（に述べる）s of a new electronic season ticket system coming in next season.
The League One club is introducing e-tickets for season ticket 支えるもの／所有者s and is 申し込む／申し出ing a physical card for fans who don't want a ticket on their phone.
In the email, between the club and a 代表者／国会議員 of its 支持者s' club, Bristol Rovers said the £15 for those who want a physical card will be waived for 無能にするd fans.

'As for normal fans and older fans, they can 購入（する） the card for £15, which is the exact cost on the club.
'We are not making any money on it, just covering the costs.'
Bristol Rovers has since apologised for any offence 原因（となる）d, 説: 'No harmful 意向 of meaning was ever ーするつもりであるd in the 言い回し.'
But there has since been a （激しい）反発 as the letter was quickly 株d on X as people 爆破d the use of the word 'normal'.
One fan, Steve Western, said: 'Disappointing, worrying and 極端に insensitively-worded.
'So as an older fan I'm not a normal fan and what do 無能にするd fans think about not 存在 regarded as normal!
'I'd hazard a guess that lost 歳入 from 非，不，無-新たにするd season tickets 越えるs £15 for those wanting a card.'
Jake Barber said: 'I'm a 無能にするd man. Just because I no longer use a 車椅子 doesn't mean I'm not.
'無能にするd people are normal people. Just because I'm 無能にするd doesn't make me any いっそう少なく normal than anyone else. 言い回し is so 重要な いつかs. Do better.
'I give the club the 利益 of the 疑問 with things as いつかs it's not 価値（がある） the hassle, but this has 適切に 負傷させる me up. I didn't ask to be born with what I've got. Just sh** luck. やめる upset tbf.
'I can get very tired and いつかs it is difficult for me to get around. Not that I need any help but I can just be very slow. I just feel like the club have 完全に mis-worded this awfully.

The Bristol Rovers 無能にするd 支持者s' 協会 said 'The DSA and our club have made tremendous 進歩 in 23/24 in areas such as 施設s and stewarding. We are disappointed to see the word 'normal' used in this 状況.
