How to find out who owns a 盗品故買者 - and who 支払う/賃金s 修理 法案s

  • Land Registry 明らかにする/漏らすs (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) about how to find out who owns 境界s

境界 盗品故買者s can 原因(となる) 摩擦 between 隣人s at the best of times, 特に if there is a large cost 伴う/関わるd.

Indeed, just 取って代わるing a few パネル盤s of 盗品故買者ing can cost hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs - and even run into four 人物/姿/数字s, if rotten 木造の 地位,任命するs need to be 取って代わるd with more 持続する 固める/コンクリート ones.

It is hardly surprising therefore that some homeowners may try to 避ける 選ぶing up the tab if they かもしれない can. But who is 最終的に 責任がある which 味方する of a 盗品故買者 and how do you work it out?

We speak to a Land Registry expert about who is ultimately responsible for which side of the fence and its repair bills

We speak to a Land Registry 専門家 about who is 最終的に 責任がある which 味方する of the 盗品故買者 and its 修理 法案s

There are some ありふれた misconceptions about who takes 所有権 of a 盗品故買者, along with any associated 修理 and 維持/整備 invoices.

Some may argue that it is the left-手渡す 盗品故買者 or the one with the 地位,任命するs showing, but these 支配するs of thumb don't work.

Greg Richardson, of Toolstation, explained: '盗品故買者 所有権 and upkeep is a コンビナート/複合体 and 混乱させるing 問題/発行する for many homeowners, which can often lead to heated 論争s between even the friendliest of 隣人s.

'Many people are unaware that their garden 盗品故買者 may not 現実に belong to them, but to their 隣人.?

'In those instances, 許可 is 要求するd before any alterations can be made 含むing 絵, 修理ing any 嵐/襲撃する 損失, and even hanging items upon it.'

Boundaries can be the cause of heated debate and trigger arguments between neighbours

境界s can be the 原因(となる) of heated 審議 and 誘発する/引き起こす arguments between 隣人s

盗品故買者s where 混乱 arises over 所有権 are typically those on a 境界. A 境界 can also be 示すd by a 塀で囲む, hedge, 溝へはまらせる/不時着する, a piece of wire or even just t he 辛勝する/優位 of a driveway.

They can be the 原因(となる) of heated 審議 and 誘発する/引き起こす arguments between 隣人s, いつかs over just a few インチs of ground?

'They can be the 原因(となる) of heated 審議 and 誘発する/引き起こす arguments between 隣人s, いつかs over just a few インチs of ground,' explains the Land Registry's Adam Hookway.

He 追加するd: 'In my experience, the 境界 can often become the 武器 of choice when 隣人s have fallen out over something such as noise, pets, parties or BBQ when the washing is out.'

How to work out who is 責任がある a 盗品故買者?

Mr Hookway 確認するs that there is no 合法的な basis for (人命などを)奪う,主張するs that owners are always 責任がある a 確かな 味方する of their 境界. The same 適用するs to whether the 盗品故買者 地位,任命するs are on someone's 味方する.

Instead, the first place to start is the Land Registry to 得る a copy of the 肩書を与える 登録(する), 肩書を与える 計画(する) and any 'とじ込み/提出するd' 行為s for both your own 所有物/資産/財産 and your 隣人's 所有物/資産/財産.

These 文書s can be 得るd for £3 from Gov.uk for homes in England and むちの跡s and Scotland's Land (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) Service?for those in Scotland.

The Land Registry is keen to explain that its 肩書を与える 計画(する)s show general 境界s and may not, for example, show small juts in the 境界 or bay windows.

However, the 文書s may hav e some (疑いを)晴らす pointers that may help to 解決する the 問題/発行する.

For example, if 肩書を与える 計画(する)s show a 'T' on the inside of a 境界 line, it means this 味方する is 責任がある the 境界 盗品故買者 or 塀で囲む. The 維持/整備 責任/義務 and the 十分な cost will 落ちる on the shoulders of the 所有物/資産/財産 owner on that 味方する.

一方/合間, if two 'T' symbols are mirrored across the 境界, like an 'H', this means there is 共同の 責任/義務 between the 隣人s on each 味方する.

If a title plan shows a 'T' on the inside of a boundary line, it means this side is responsible for the boundary fence or wall (the red circles are our additions to highlight what to look for)

If a 肩書を与える 計画(する) shows a 'T' on the inside of a 境界 line, it means this 味方する is 責任がある the 境界 盗品故買者 or 塀で囲む (the red circles are our 新規加入s to 最高潮の場面 what to look for)

What if there are no T 示すs?

However, the Land Registry is quick to point out that いわゆる T 示すs only appear when there's an 協定 been 登録(する)d, and that most 肩書を与える 計画(する)s d on't have T 示すs.

If the 行為s and 肩書を与える 計画(する) don't 明らかにする/漏らす anything and there are no 存在するing 境界 協定s in place, the Land Registry advises that you try to 設立する who is 責任がある the 盗品故買者 by making a 境界 協定 with your 隣人. This can be as simple as a conversation.

However, it is advised that any 協定s to 境界s between 隣人s are written 負かす/撃墜する and 記録,記録的な/記録するd at the Land Registry.

This will 輪郭(を描く) who is 責任がある garden 盗品故買者 or other 境界 維持/整備 and 修理s. That way if the 隣人 moves away or circumstances change there is 記録,記録的な/記録するd proof of 所有権.

The Land Registry doesn't 登録(する) 言葉の 協定s, but will 登録(する) written ones - invariably in the form of a 合法的な 行為 or 境界 協定.

What happens if you 支払う/賃金 for a 盗品故買者 that wasn't yours??

And what happens if you 支払う/賃金 for a 盗品故買者 to be 取って代わるd and it wasn't your 盗品故買者, do you now own it??

The Land Registry explains that while you own the 構成要素s, your 責任/義務 for the 境界 remains 扶養家族 on the 協定 with your 隣人.?

This can change over time, for instance if you get a new 隣人 - or if you change your mind.

Who can help with 論争s??

境界 論争s can be コンビナート/複合体 and it is worthwhile getting some 合法的な advice if a 論争 is in danger of ゆらめくing up.?

If a 論争 continue s, it is 最終的に a 法廷,裁判所 that makes 決定/判定勝ち(する)s, but the Land Registry's Adam Hookway says they do not like such 論争s 存在 put before them.

There are other organisations that can help you before things get to that 行う/開催する/段階.?

The 王室の 会・原則 of 借り切る/憲章d Surveyors (RICS) and the 所有物/資産/財産 Litigation 協会 have created a 介入 service to help 隣人s 解決する 論争s about their 所有物/資産/財産 境界s without 訴える手段/行楽地ing to 法廷,裁判所 活動/戦闘.?

RICS also 供給するs a 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) of surveyors who could 補助装置 in 境界 論争s.
