Electric car sales continue to 滞る as more drivers turn to hybrids

Data published by the Society of モーター 製造業者s and 仲買人s on Thursday morning showed that 317,786 new cars were 登録（する）d last month.

This is an 増加する of 10.4 per cent year-on-year and the best March 業績／成果 since 2019 - though sales across all 燃料 types remain a whopping 30.6 per cent below pre-pandemic levels.

There was a 19.6 per cent rise in sales of HEVs to 44,550 部隊s, while PHEV 登録s grew by 36.7 per cent to 34,517 cars last month.
