Electric cars will be CHEAPER to make than 石油s by 2027 - here's why

The price of a new electric car will 減少（する） to the same level as an 同等（の） new 石油 or ディーゼル model 'much faster than 最初 推定する／予想するd,' a 報告（する）／憶測 published this month （人命などを）奪う，主張するs.?
