Electric 乗り物 (EV) owners have always 直面するd a 'driveway divide', with those with capacity to 任命する/導入する and use homechargers benefitting from the more convenience and lower electricity prices than those relying on the 網状組織 of public 装置s.

But from this week the 政府 has 発表するd the EV chargepoint 認める will 拡大する to owners who do not have a driveway or off-street parking at home.
