But this is no ordinary honey ― it's produced by truly 王室の bees, housed in Her Majesty Queen Camilla's Wiltshire garden.

Produced by bees living in 蜂の巣s in Queen Camilla's 私的な garden a nd collected by Fortnum's own bee-keeper, this 限られた／立憲的な-版 honey arrives in a beautiful sea-green box decorated with a golden 栄冠を与える, as this is part of the 王室の grocer's 載冠（式）／即位（式） collection (still on sale). Proceeds go to Mirabel, a charity supporting 生存者s of 性の 暴力／激しさ in Nigeria, a nod to the Queen's work in this area.

The result is a マリファナ of amber with a mellow, almost fruity sweetness, to be enjoyed spread on crumpets.

Placing an order with the Diddly Squat Farm shop, made famous in Jeremy Clarkson's 攻撃する，衝突する アマゾン show, Clarkson's Farm, I get an apologetic message from 'Team Diddly'. This 抱擁する jar arrives in a box lined with an immaculately clean approximation of hay: shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden. It has a pretty 木造の keepsake lid engraved with a bee, celebrating 20 years of the 有機の farm shop 設立するd by Lady Bamford that draws the Cotswolds glitterati in droves. A long chunk of honeycomb floats like an iceberg in the creamy, flavoursome honey ― and, like an iceberg, it's much bigger than it appears, 延長するing 深い into the centre. A luxe gift.

Camilla is not the only 王室の to 下落する into honey. Duchy 有機の, the food brand 設立するd by King Charles, sells honey made by bees feasting on 有機の meadows in Romania, a major 生産者 of the stuff, it turns out (£3.70 for 340g, Waitrose). Alternatively, at Fortnum's you can buy a stately-looking ceramic マリファナ of Highgrove 王室の 広い地所 honey for a 冷静な／正味の £60 for 500g, 収穫d from 蜂の巣s in a corner of His Majesty's 私的な gardens in Gloucestershire.

But this more affordable jar of golden, runny honey is made by bees living in an old paddock at Highgrove. The result? A delicious floral honey fit for a king ― without breaking the bank.

Never mind Lady Grantham, Lady Carnarvon is the true doyenne of Highclere 城, the Hampshire seat that is Downton Abbey in the ITV 演劇.
