A 不名誉d home 財政/金融 arranger has been 罰金d a 記録,記録的な/記録する sum of nearly £1million and banned from working in the 財政上の services 産業 for 誤って導くing 攻撃を受けやすい homeowners.

Birmingham-based Gurpeet Singh Chadda has been 攻撃する,衝突する with a 罰金 of £945,277 by the 財政上の 行為/行う 当局 - the biggest ever 刑罰,罰則 for a 単独の 仲買人 - after a multitude of failings were 暴露するd at his sell and rent 支援する 商売/仕事.

He falsified valuations to deceive homeowners that their 所有物/資産/財産s were 価値(がある) いっそう少なく than their real value, and in some of the seven 取引,協定s 調査/捜査するd by the FCA between June 2009 and January 2010, 販売人s received just 38 per cent of their 所有物/資産/財産's true value.

Tracey McDermott, the FCA's director of 施行 and 財政上の 罪,犯罪, said: 'Chadda’s 不品行/姦通 is the most shocking we have seen from a home 財政/金融 arranger.

He is a 不名誉 to 財政上の services. He deliberately misled his (弁護士の)依頼人s for his own personal 伸び(る) and
then 繰り返して and cynically lied to the FCA.

同様に as lying about 所有物/資産/財産 valuations, Mr Chadda told the 販売人s of the 所有物/資産/財産s that he would be buying their homes and 賃貸し(する)ing them 支援する, when in fact the purchasers were other people.

He also helped the purchasers 嘘(をつく) to 貸す人s when 適用するing for mortgages so the 貸す人s were not aware that it was part of a sale and rent 取引,協定.

He 徴収するd even more cash from desperate 販売人s by 非難する them 過度の 料金s, and failed to 知らせる them that the purchasers were not 規制するd by the FCA.

He also made 誤った and 誤って導くing 声明s to the FCA, failed to 公表する/暴露する 関連した 文書s and (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) and created 誤って導くing 文書s.

And in an outrageous 試みる/企てる to cover his 跡をつけるs, the FCA said he even arranged for people to impersonate his 顧客s so he could 誤って導く the regulato r.

Sell and rent 支援する 取引,協定s are often used by 攻撃を受けやすい homeowners in 財政上の trouble and need to raise cash to 支払う/賃金 off mortgage arrears so their homes are not repossessed.

But rather than getting 独立した・無所属 valuations of 所有物/資産/財産s to give the 販売人s a fair 取引,協定, Mr Chadda paid prices based on his purchasers' mortgage valuations, or on his own opinion.

The 事例/患者 has now been referred to West Midlands Police.
