Yorkshire Building Society has 開始する，打ち上げるd the market's lowest ever five-year 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 率 mortgage for those with a 15 per cent deposit or 公正，普通株主権 in their home.

The 取引，協定 is 定価つきの at 2.01 per cent, some 0.03 cheaper than its closest competitor, but comes with a hefty 製品 料金 of £1,995.

So is this 取引，協定 現実に the cheapest out there, or are the 利益s of the low 率 outweighed by the 料金s? We take a look.

There are already plenty of cheap five-year 直す／買収する，八百長をするs out there in this 貸付金-to-value bracket.?And though Yorkshire BS is 権利 in 説 its is the lowest 率, many other 製品s come with 意味ありげに lower 料金s.?

On a £200,000 mortgage taken over 25 years, a borrower on the Yorkshire 取引，協定 would have 月毎の 返済s of £848.68.

M&S Bank has an 85 per cent 貸付金-to-value 取引，協定 at 2.04 per cent with a 料金 of £1,094.

The same mortgage on this 取引，協定 would result in 月毎の 返済s of £851.61, just a couple of 続けざまに猛撃するs a month more expensive than Yorkshire's.?

However, over the life of the mortgage you would 結局最後にはーなる 支払う／賃金ing £725 more by taking the Yorkshire 貸付金, because you are 支払う／賃金ing 利益／興味 on a bigger 料金 over 25 years.
