文書s are the building 封鎖するs from which historians recreate their picture of the past and, thanks to the Public 記録，記録的な／記録するs 行為／法令／行動する, there are myriad 利用できる at the 国家の 古記録s to help us do that.

With one exception ? the?王室の Family.

Communications with the 君主 are 免除されたd under the Freedom of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 行為／法令／行動する, and even the most trivial 言及／関連s in historical 文書s to the 王室の Family are redacted - which is to say censored.?

The result is that most 王室の biographies are based on newspaper cuttings and 要点説明s from 'sources'.

This does not, of course, 適用する to the 王室のs themselves, who seem 解放する／自由な to make large sums of money from the most 注目する，もくろむ-popping 発覚s, from the utterly 私的な to the constit utionally intriguing.?

My particular 利益／興味 is the Duke’s １０年間 as the UK 貿易（する） （外交）使節／代表, a public position やめる separate from his 王室の 義務s and paid for by the taxpayer.

I have made some 40 FOI requests to the two departments which 連係させた his activities for a １０年間 ? International 貿易（する） and the Foreign Office ? with inside help from 外交官s who organised the trips and who 草案d the communications.

My requests 含む the communications to and from the particular 大使館s he visited with the exact dates of the trips, 詳細（に述べる）s of who …を伴ってd him, his schedule etc.?

I have had contradictory and very 限られた／立憲的な 返答s. It seems Her Majesty's 政府 do not want us to know anything about His 王室の Highness’s taxpayer 基金d 雇用.

いつかs they say they 持つ／拘留する so much 構成要素 that I need to 狭くする my request but when I do so I am then told they have nothing.?

Often they will aggregate very different requests and then 辞退する them on the grounds of cost 同意／服従 or say they are vexatious. Many of the 拒絶s are 負かす／撃墜する to semantics.?

They will （人命などを）奪う，主張する they cannot ‘identify’ any 電報電信s which may be 負かす／撃墜する to the 限られた／立憲的な search they have undertaken or 否定する they have any 電報電信s so I have to rephrase asking for e-grams, letters and emails.

There is never any ‘援助（する） and 援助’, as is 要求するd under FOI, and each request can （問題を）取り上げる to a year as they 認める themselves 拡張s, fail to 供給する an 内部の review within the 指定するd period etc.?

Several times my requests have been の近くにd 負かす／撃墜する or not sent because of ‘行政の errors’. 介入 by the regulator, the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） Commissioner, has made no difference.

The Department of 貿易（する） 辞退するd to 確認する or 否定する whether th ey held the requested （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） after I asked for ‘copies of any correspondence and communications to the 国務長官 for International 貿易（する） from the Duke and Duchess of York 関心ing the late Jeffrey Epstein or his 商売／仕事 and charitable organisations made between the period 1 January 2003 and 1 June 2003’.?

So we cannot know, for example, who …を伴ってd him on his 貿易（する） 代表s. Might this be because they were not always serving the 利益／興味s of British 貿易（する） rather than themselves??

We know, for example, that some who went on these trips had paid off some of the Duchess of York’s 負債s and had an 存在するing 商売／仕事 関係 with the Duke.

The 主要都市の Police 辞退するd to give the cost of his 保護 for 2020, 2021 and 2022 , and after he had given up 王室の 義務s, on the grounds of 国家の 安全, 法律 施行 ? neither of which have a public 利益／興味 実験（する） ? Personal （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and for good 手段 Health and Safety.

I also asked them for ‘the スピードを出す／記録につけるs for the 王室の 保護 Officers who …を伴ってd Prince Andrew from 1 January 2000 to 31st December 2009’.

?They 辞退するd to 確認する or 否定する that the 構成要素 was held 特記する／引用するing 正確に／まさに the same 控除s. The ICO upheld the 決定／判定勝ち（する）.

We do, however, know that the Buckingham Palace スピードを出す／記録につける for the night Virginia Giuffre （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to have slept with him in Belgravia has been destroyed so there is no 証拠 either way whether he was at Buckingham Palace or Windsor, as he （人命などを）奪う，主張するd, that night.

The Freedom of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 行為／法令／行動する is no longer fit for 目的 and needs 改革（する） but, 式のs, no 政治家，政治屋 shows any 利益／興味 to 支持する／優勝者ing such a 原因（となる） which goes to the heart of 信用 and transparency in 政府.

Do turkeys 投票（する） for Christmas?

This culture of unnecessary secrecy needs to stop. With a new 統治する, there is an 適切な時期 to review and open up the hundreds of とじ込み／提出するs relating to the 王室の Family at Windsor, Kew and other repositories which go 支援する to the nineteenth century.?

Their 終結 creates a vacuum for 憶測 and fantasists; their 解放（する） would go some way to 回復するing 信用 in 会・原則s, not least the 君主国.
