So what went so 不正に wrong that you were able to give me a whole stream of payslips showing 月毎の 年金 出資／貢献s running into hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs, yet the 年金 company received nothing?

People’s 共同 told you: ‘By 法律, when 雇用者s take 年金 出資／貢献s from your 給料, your 雇用者 must 支払う／賃金 those to your 年金 provider by the 22nd of the に引き続いて month.’ But this didn’t happen. And a member of Pupil’s HR department told you last September: ‘It is my understanding that 年金 出資／貢献s are getting （疑いを）晴らすd this month.’?

The only 結論 I could draw was that Pupil was so low in 基金s that it was living at least partly off its own 従業員s’ 年金 出資／貢献s. Money that was not Pupil’s to spend. There was also the 事柄 of （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 支払い（額）s you had 推定する／予想するd to receive after winning 商売／仕事 for Pupil.

I 圧力（をかける）d Pupil and it explained that when an 従業員 leaves the company, 優れた （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 支払い（額）s are made ‘one month に引き続いて the month of 出発’. It 追加するd: ‘The （弁護士の）依頼人’s 支払い（額） arrived after the one-month period.’

If they do not 支払う／賃金 Pupil 敏速に, the 従業員 can lose any （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限, meaning Pupil keeps the extra cash. This is so 不公平な. Was it really true? Yes, said Pupil, that is our 政策.

As for the 年金 出資／貢献s, Pupil made a downpayment to the People’s 共同. It asked me for time to 支払う／賃金 up in 十分な before The Mail on Sunday published this, and a week ago the pens イオン 会社／堅い told me: ‘We have worked very closely with the company in question to 解決する the 問題／発行する.’

But some of your 行方不明の 出資／貢献s date 支援する to January last year, so it has taken about 15 months for that money to be 手渡すd over.

The winebuyers.com website was taken over by Revell’s next company, Winebuyers Group 限られた／立憲的な, which failed in July last year.

Revell, 35, from Harlow, Essex, then bought the website 指名する from the 難破 of his second company, using a new company 登録（する）d in the Seychelles. The 沖合いの／海外の company was said to be owned by British 商売／仕事 Elysian 投機・賭けるs, but 記録，記録的な／記録するs at Companies House 明らかにする／漏らすd that both were controlled by Revell.

To 部外者s, winebuyers.com continued to market ワインs as if nothing had happened, taking orders from the public and passing them on to ワイン merchants whose 製品s the website 促進するd. The merchants were major losers when the companies failed, but ordinary 顧客s also 報告（する）／憶測d 支払う／賃金 ing up 前線 for ワインs that never arrived.
