Help - it took 15 months for my high-tech 会社/堅い ex-雇用者 to 移転 my 年金! TONY HETHERINGTON replies

Tony Hetherington is 財政上の Mail on Sunday's エース 捜査官/調査官, fighting readers corners, 明らかにする/漏らすing the truth that lies behind の近くにd doors and winning victories for those who have been left out-of-pocket. Find out how to 接触する him below.?

T.W. 令状s:?I am requesting your help to 調査/捜査する a 商売/仕事 called Pupil. After leaving the company in 2023, I looked to move my 年金 貯金 to my new 雇用者’s 計画/陰謀. However, People’s 共同 ? the 年金 計画/陰謀 used by Pupil ? 知らせるd me that the 出資/貢献s deducted from my 支払う/賃金 had not been passed on by Pupil. I have since 設立する that other 従業員s and former 従業員s are in the same boat.

Tony Heatherington replies: Pupil is no 穴を開ける-in-the-corner company. It is an international high-tech 商売/仕事, 正式に 登録(する)d as the 数字表示式の Reality Corp 限られた/立憲的な, 申し込む/申し出ing 高度に 詳細(に述べる)d computer images of buildings. Its 財政上の 支援者s 含む the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor 広い地所s, whose 公式の/役人s 確認するd this but 追加するd that ‘we do not have 関与 in the day-to-day activities of the 商売/仕事.’

So what went so 不正に wrong that you were able to give me a whole stream of payslips showing 月毎の 年金 出資/貢献s running into hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs, yet the 年金 company received nothing?

People’s 共同 told you: ‘By 法律, when 雇用者s take 年金 出資/貢献s from your 給料, your 雇用者 must 支払う/賃金 those to your 年金 provider by the 22nd of the に引き続いて month.’ But this didn’t happen. And a member of Pupil’s HR department told you last September: ‘It is my understanding that 年金 出資/貢献s are getting (疑いを)晴らすd this month.’?

But this didn’t happen either. By the time you 接触するd me, things had 増大するd. The 年金 comp any told me it had 報告(する)/憶測d Pupil to the 監視者 年金 Regulator. It 追加するd: ‘We have also liaised 直接/まっすぐに with the 雇用者 in question to take the appropriate steps to 確実にする that their 義務s are met.’

It took a while to get a reaction from Pupil. It finally told me: ‘We are happy to 報告(する)/憶測 that we 安全な・保証するd new 基金ing last week; hence the company will be in a position to bring its 財政上の かかわり合いs up to date.’

The only 結論 I could draw was that Pupil was so low in 基金s that it was living at least partly off its own 従業員s’ 年金 出資/貢献s. Money that was not Pupil’s to spend. There was also the 事柄 of (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 支払い(額)s you had 推定する/予想するd to receive after winning 商売/仕事 for Pupil.

I 圧力(をかける)d Pupil and it explained that when an 従業員 leaves the company, 優れた (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 支払い(額)s are made ‘one month に引き続いて the month of 出発’. It 追加するd: ‘The (弁護士の)依頼人’s 支払い(額) arrived after the one-month period.’

In 影響, staff can 勝利,勝つ 商売/仕事 for Pupil but there is no 保証(人) that their (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 will be paid. This is in the 手渡すs of Pupil’s new (弁護士の)依頼人. If they do not 支払う/賃金 Pupil 敏速に, the 従業員 can lose any (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限, meaning Pupil keeps the extra cash. This is so 不公平な. Was it really true? Yes, said Pupil, that is our 政策.

As for the 年金 出資/貢献s, Pupil made a downpayment to the People’s 共同. It asked me for time to 支払う/賃金 up in 十分な before The Mail on Sunday published this, and a week ago the pens イオン 会社/堅い told me: ‘We have worked very closely with the company in question to 解決する the 問題/発行する.’

But some of your 行方不明の 出資/貢献s date 支援する to January last year, so it has taken about 15 months for that money to be 手渡すd over.

Having to go to its 支援者s to find the cash that it ‘borrowed’ from its own 従業員s without their knowledge speaks 容積/容量s about Pupil’s own image. It is not a pretty sight.

We’re watching you?

Newspaper 監視者 the 独立した・無所属 圧力(をかける) 基準s Organisation has 拒絶するd a (民事の)告訴 brought against The Mail on Sunday by Ben Revell, the boss of a 一連の failed ワイン-取引,協定ing companies, all operating under the 指名する Winebuyers.

Last September, I 報告(する)/憶測d that after 崩壊(する)ing twice, Winebuyers, ‘like the third instalment in a substandard zombie franchise, is 支援する from the dead’. Revell’s first such company was Winebuyers 限られた/立憲的な, which 崩壊(する)d in 2021 with 負債s said by the liquidator to be more than £1.5 million. The winebuyers.com website was taken over by Revell’s next company, Winebuyers Group 限られた/立憲的な, which failed in July last year.

Revell, 35, from Harlow, Essex, then bought the website 指名する from the 難破 of his second company, using a new company 登録(する)d in the Seychelles. The 沖合いの/海外の company was said to be owned by British 商売/仕事 Elysian 投機・賭けるs, but 記録,記録的な/記録するs at Companies House 明らかにする/漏らすd that both were controlled by Revell.

To 部外者s, winebuyers.com continued to market ワインs as if nothing had happened, taking orders from the public and passing them on to ワイン merchants whose 製品s the website 促進するd. The merchants were major losers when the companies failed, but ordinary 顧客s also 報告(する)/憶測d 支払う/賃金 ing up 前線 for ワインs that never arrived.
