Rachael Murphy was 30 years old when an ominous email from the Australian 移民／移住 department upended her life.

'Another ありふれた symptom is loss of appetite, and looking 支援する, I wasn't eating much at the time. But I'm not a big eater in general, so I didn't 選ぶ up on that either.'

'It was only after I looked the 病気 up online did I realise I had a lot of the symptoms.

'After that, I went through 15 weeks of chemo and 放射（能）.'?

'I'm not usually an anxious person, but I went through a lot after I was 診断するd. I had たびたび（訪れる） panic attacks.

'All my hair fell out. I never realised what a big part of my 身元 it was. I 設立する it difficult to leave the house if I didn't have my wig on.?

'I'd look in a mirror and wouldn't recognise myself at all.'

Still, Rachael did everything she could to 保存する a sense of normalcy. She got her eyebrows tattooed on and （機の）カム up with a ritual to ground her whenever she felt 圧倒するd.

Almost four months after she started chemotherapy, Rachael went for another PET ざっと目を通す to see if 治療 had worked.
