A horse trainer who was on 裁判，公判?（刑事）被告 of 殺人，大当り and 強姦ing a 女性（の） showjumper has been 設立する dead at his home whilst on 保釈（金）.?

Jonathan Creswell,?36, had 否定するd the 殺人 and 強姦 of Katie Simpson. His 裁判，公判 began on Tuesday.

The second day of the 裁判，公判 was 予定 to begin earlier today but the 陪審／陪審員団 was?suddenly 発射する／解雇するd this morning after police 報告（する）／憶測d that they had 設立する Creswell's 団体／死体. Officers said the 36-year-old passed away in 非，不，無-怪しげな circumstances.?

On the first day of the 裁判，公判 on Tuesday, the 法廷，裁判所 heard Katie was 伴う／関わるd in the equestrian 産業 and that she and her sister Christina met Creswell when he was a (v)策を弄する／(n)騎手 at Darton Ree Stables in Tynan, Co Armagh.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard Christina and Creswell then got together and went on to have two children. Katie later began working with them.
