When asked about the world's best cities, many of us would look to the 有望な lights of New York.

But the cultural and 財政上の 資本／首都 of the USA has failed to make it into the 最高の，を越す ten best cities in the world.

The Big Apple （機の）カム in 14th place - beaten by American cities 含むing Chicago, which （機の）カム in third, Washington DC, which （機の）カム in ninth and Boston in 13th.
