Appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Tuesday with his wife Vogue Williams to 明らかにする／漏らす the マラソン 試みる／企てる, Spencer explained how he 計画（する）s to run thirty マラソンs in thirty days in the Joranian 砂漠.

'I've done a few of these ultras before. It's a love, hate thing but I was looking to do more,' he explained.

He explained: 'It's going to be in the 中央の forties [degrees celsius]... It has to be 100% on sand. If my feet leave sand at any point, that マラソン for that day is then 無効の and for it to be a world 記録，記録的な／記録する, the thirty have to be 連続した.'

'I'm working with incredible people and a 地元の team in Jordan and who will design the 大勝する ahead of 存在 there. But yeah, the entire 1,266km has to be on sand which, of course, makes it that bit harder.'

I honestly feel like I learn an awful lot about myself when I do these sorts of things.

I've struggled with problems with alcohol?in my life and I am keen to 押し進める myself and 実験（する） myself but also draw attention to the fact that anyone can do 利益／興味ing things if they 始める，決める their mind to it.'

To qualify for the Guinness World 記録，記録的な／記録する, Spencer will need to run the 十分な distance - 1,266km - on sand. He will not be able to cross roads, grass, rivers or other 地形 during the 30 マラソンs, making the challenge a logistical, 同様に as physical and mental feat.
