All three 試みる/企てるd to (人命などを)奪う,主張する 補償(金) from LV= for 傷害s. Mr Jamil also 試みる/企てるd to (人命などを)奪う,主張する for 修理s, 貯蔵 and a 雇う 乗り物. Had the (人命などを)奪う,主張するs been successful in 法廷,裁判所, LV= said it would have cost it the 注目する,もくろむ- watering sum of £145,000.

But the 保険会社 was 怪しげな, 特に as the 申し立てられた/疑わしい 事故 happened すぐに after the 政策 was taken out, while there was no police 関与.

A 法廷の engineer then 診察するd the two 乗り物s and 結論するd the taxi had been 攻撃する,衝突する while 静止している, which was inconsistent with the 申し立てられた/疑わしい circumstances.

その上の proof 明らかにする/漏らすd a number of similarities between the 事例/患者 and one 存在 brought against another 保険会社, esure.

Both 事例/患者s 伴う/関わるd a 味方する-on 衝突/不一致 with a taxi. Working together with their solicitors, the 保険会社s 設立する the fraudsters were linked to another five 類似の car 保険 (人命などを)奪う,主張するs.

After the 調査, LV= and esure turned 負かす/撃墜する the 各々の (人命などを)奪う,主張するs on the grounds the 事故s had been deliberately 行う/開催する/段階d.

At this point, the claimants 問題/発行するd 訴訟/進行s against LV= and esure for their losses. The 事例/患者 went to 裁判,公判 on 19 May this year.

事前の to the 審理,公聴会, one of the claimants, Mrs Kazami, 接触するd LV='s solicitors and said the 事故 had never taken place and all (人命などを)奪う,主張するs were fraudulent.

LV= CRASH FOR CASH STATS

? It is 概算の that over 300,000 car 事故s were deliberately 行う/開催する/段階d in the past five years 伴う/関わるing thousands of innocent 運転者s.

? Over 30,000 people have been a 犠牲者 of a ‘激突する-on’ scam in the past year where the driver in 前線 slammed on their ブレーキs for no 明らかな 推論する/理由 原因(となる)ing them to 衝突,墜落.

? One in 30 drivers believe they were 伴う/関わるd in a ‘flash for cash’ scam in 2013.

にもかかわらず this startling 自白, the other claimants 持続するd the 事故s were 本物の and gave 証拠 at the 裁判,公判 - but the 裁判官 支配するd in the 保険会社s' favour.

The 保険会社s then began 訴訟/進行s against the claimants for 法廷侮辱(罪).?

All of the claimants, apart from Mrs Kazami, 持続するd their innocence up until the day of the 審理,公聴会 on Wednesday 26 November 2014 when they 結局 認める their 犯罪 and 受託するd the 33 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s 共同で brought against them.

Last Friday, the claimants were all given custodial 宣告,判決s. The two main claimants in the LV= 事例/患者, Mr Jamil and Mrs Saleem, were each 宣告,判決d to eight months in 刑務所,拘置所.

Mrs Kazami was given a twelve week 一時停止するd 宣告,判決 in 承認 of her 援助 in the 事例/患者. Mohammed Adris Aziz, the main claimant in the esure 事例/患者, was 宣告,判決d to six months in 刑務所,拘置所.

John O'Roarke, managing director of LV= car 保険, said: 'This is a 事例/患者 where organised 犯罪のs were deliberately 行う/開催する/段階ing 事故s, putting themselves and the safety of innocent 運転者s at 危険, ーするために defraud 保険会社s of thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs.

'詐欺 is not a victimless 罪,犯罪 and the cost of 支払う/賃金ing fraudulent (人命などを)奪う,主張するs 運動s up the cost of car 保険 for all. LV= takes a hard line on 詐欺, 調査/捜査するs all 怪しげな (人命などを)奪う,主張するs and 押し進めるs for the toughest 宣告,判決s for those who are 起訴するd.'

Whiplash woe: Insurers want changes to happen in order to clamp down on whiplash claims

Whiplash woe: 保険会社s want changes to happen ーするために clamp 負かす/撃墜する on whiplash (人命などを)奪う,主張するs

緊急の changes needed to stamp out 偽の whiplash (人命などを)奪う,主張するs

緊急の changes are needed to stamp out whiplash culture and small (人命などを)奪う,主張するs should be shrunk to just £1,000, a 報告(する)/憶測 from 保険会社 Axa UK says.

It (人命などを)奪う,主張するd 10 per cent of people have either committed whiplash 詐欺 or knew someone who had done so in the past, which would means millions of 偽の (人命などを)奪う,主張するs have been submitted.

Britain is dubbed 'whiplash 資本/首都 of Europe,' and the 政府 needs to work at pace to introduce a 医療の 報告(する)/憶測ing system, Axa says.

It believes an 独立した・無所属 医療の examiner should be 配分するd at 無作為の. The 大多数 of those 投票d think this would be an active deterrent to those 偽のing 傷害s, the 調査する 設立する.

Eight in ten believe a 医療の examinations should be made 義務的な in all whiplash 事例/患者s, with 55 per cent going その上の, 明言する/公表するing an 独立した・無所属 professional 医療の examiner should be 責任がある deciding that a person has 苦しむd a whiplash 傷害 for the 目的s of making a (人命などを)奪う,主張する.

Chris Voller, Axa UK (人命などを)奪う,主張するs director, said: 'One might 推定する/予想する that the 百分率 of people admitting to 存在 or knowing a fraudster is lower than the real number but even at the level 示すd in our 調査する, the 量 of 詐欺 taking place is disturbingly high.

'This 明らかにする/漏らすs the 規模 of the problem and the 上りの/困難な challenge the 政府 and 保険 産業 still 直面する if this 割合 is to be 減ずるd in the 中央の to long 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語.'

Axa 追加するs that as part of 改革(する)s to the whiplash 医療の 報告(する)/憶測ing system whiplash (人命などを)奪う,主張するs should be categorised in 一致 with an agreed 規模.

There should also be a 医療の threshold below which 補償(金) is not recoverable at all and 医療の 報告(する)/憶測s could categorise lower level 傷害s as below the threshold of 補償(金)

The 政府 should 再開する work as soon as possible に向かって 減少(する)ing the Small (人命などを)奪う,主張するs 跡をつける 限界 from £5,000 to £1,000 for personal 傷害 (人命などを)奪う,主張するs resulting from road 交通事故s.

Over three 4半期/4分の1s agree '存在 able to (人命などを)奪う,主張する for whiplash/whiplash-関係のある 傷害s is open to 乱用' and 73 per cent agree with the 声明 it 'is easier to embellish a whiplash (人命などを)奪う,主張する as compared to other types of 保険 (人命などを)奪う,主張するs.'

People 現在/一般に have three years in which to とじ込み/提出する a whiplash (人命などを)奪う,主張する but it is evident that many feel this is too long a period, with 67 per cent 説 that the time 限界 should be 制限するd to six months.

Chris Voller 追加するd: 'Although the 改革(する) 協議事項 is 進行中で and 最近の 統計(学) from the 協会 of British 保険会社s' have shown モーター 賞与金s have come 負かす/撃墜する, what we 港/避難所't seen is a 拒絶する/低下する in the frequency and number of whip 攻撃する 関係のある (人命などを)奪う,主張するs, so there is still more that needs to be done.'

It comes as This is Money 報告(する)/憶測d earlier in the month how a 衝突/不一致 at slow 速度(を上げる), 証言,証人/目撃するd by a PCSO, resulted in a payout totalling almost £10,000. A large chunk of this was in solicitors 料金s.
