The U.S. 軍の is 捜し出すing 請負業者s to build it miniature '自殺 drones' that can be flown into 的s up to six miles away.

The little 計画（する）s, which could look like the remote-controlled 航空機 used in a more 国内の setting, could be used for kamikaze-style attacks on 乗り物s or buildings - even individuals if necessary.

The Army wants the 武器s, known as the 'Lethal Miniature 空中の 軍需品 System' (LMAMS) into war by 2016, and 述べる the 武器 as a 'portable, covert 武器 with strike 能力 against 静止している or moving individuals, with a very low 危険 of collateral 損失'.

The 目的（とする） is to fit the entire 計画（する） in a backpack, and be able to 飛行機で行く it two minutes after a 的 is agreed on. At that point, the 計画（する） must be able to 飛行機で行く for 15 to 30 minutes across up to six miles of 領土.

Wired points out that the Army already has 研究員s looking at three different ways of miniaturising drones.

The first is to build tiny 爆発性のs, which can fit on already 存在するing miniature 秘かに調査する drones.
