WHAT IS EL NINO
El Ni?o 言及するs to a 始める，決める of 条件s when the surface of the sea in an area along the 赤道 in the central and eastern 太平洋の Ocean becomes hotter than usual.
The 普通の／平均（する） water 気温 in that area is typically between 1 and 3°C (だいたい 2 and 5°F) warmer than normal during this event.
