裁判官 Kelly, sitting in the 産業の 法廷s of Northern Ireland, heard 証拠 that Mr McMurray's 'behaviour' at work 'had been markedly different when he was talking to men rather than women.'

'I was 混乱させるd by the 交流 and 怒り/怒る 表明するd, worried by the トン, 同様に as 感情を害する/違反するd by the way in which it had 焦点(を合わせる)d on my gender and had been 目的(とする)d at me,' he said, 追加するing that the 'rant on men' had been 'very angry and spiteful.'

Mr McMurray's 女性(の) 同僚s in the education team 'had been irritated by what they had regarded as the claimant's officious and overbearing manner and in particular by...'classroom tips' that he had produced some days earlier, unrequested, to advise them how to 行為/行う their 義務s,' the 裁判官 said.

'She 明言する/公表するd: 'I 観察するd this far more frequently with 女性(の) staff. His conversations with men were very different - he asked questions, left space for them to speak and didn't 訂正する them. It appeared he was making a choice when speaking to 女性(の) staff to lecture, 知らせる, advise and educate.'

'That corresponds to the claimant's own 声明 to his psychiatrist that he did not like working with women.

'The claimant had been unaware of the level of 緊張 and annoyance that he had been creating.

'The 法廷...結論するs that there had been no 言及/関連 to gender and no abusive angry tirade.

'The 法廷 全員一致で 結論するs, in any event, that there had been no gender based 乱用.'

The 法廷 also 解任するd a (人命などを)奪う,主張する that an autistic spectrum disorder which Mr McMurray was 診断するd with after 辞職するing from his 職業 at the museum in October 2020 should have been spotted by his 雇用者s and 行為/法令/行動するd upon.
