We 雇うd a car for a break in and around Florence. We returned the car, it was 検査／視察するd and the 訂正する 量 of money （機の）カム off my credit card. But three weeks later I’ve been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d on the same credit card for a spare tyre which was 明らかに 行方不明の from the boot.

REPLIES: When you 選ぶd up the car, a 代表者／国会議員 of the 雇う company should have 検査／視察するd the car in your presence and filled out a check-out form, 詳細（に述べる）ing its 条件, 含むing any pre-存在するing 損失 such as scratches to the paintwork and any other 重要な 事柄s, such as a 行方不明の spare tyre. Likewise, when you returned the car, the 雇う company 代表者／国会議員 should have carried out a その上の ins pection and 完全にするd a check-in form, to 査定する／（税金などを）課す if you had 原因（となる）d any new 損失 or if any other 問題／発行するs with the car had occurred during your period of 雇う. You should therefore check to see what these two 文書s say as you would 推定する／予想する a 行方不明の spare tyre to be 記録，記録的な／記録するd, 特に on the check-in form.
