Drivers caught 不法に using a 動きやすい phone should have their 装置s 押収するd - and then be 軍隊d to 支払う/賃金 a 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 to get them 支援する from the police.

That's the opinion of one in three 運転者s 投票d in a new 熟考する/考慮する who said they would support officers 掴むing phones from 違反者/犯罪者s as part of a 厳重取締 on drivers 危険に texting and using them while on the move.

In 2017, the 刑罰,罰則 for using a handheld 装置 while 運動ing was 増加するd to £200 and six points (from £100 and three points) - though this is still not 証明するing a deterrent for thousands of road 使用者s.

The new 研究, carried out by road safety charity IAM RoadSmart, 投票d 2,437 of its members.

The road safety group was compelled to question whether the 存在するing 刑罰,罰則s are a powerful enough incentive for drivers to not 扱う 装置s when behind the wheel.
