How I went from living on a council estate to making ￡16m

A mother-of-twins who went from 存在￡35,000 in 負債 to 収入￡16m over just six years has 明らかにする／漏らすd the steps she took to get herself into the 黒人／ボイコット - and she's teaching others how to do it too.

Sunday Times-bestselling author Lisa Johnson, 46, turned her life around after growing up on a 会議広い地所 and 存在いじめ（る）d at school.?

She's now a 全世界の商売／仕事 strategist helping ambitious people to create passive and 半分-passive income streams - ie. 正規の／正選手収入s from a source other than your 雇用者.

Since 2017, Lisa has helped more than 50,000 budding entrepreneurs through her One To Many course?and Race To Recurring 歳入 challenge - and some have even become millionaires themselves.?

In the past seven years, Lisa has made ￡16 million - and says she once earned ￡1 million in an hour.

Since 2017, Lisa has helped?more than 50,000 budding entrepreneurs through her online courses - and some have even become millionaires?

Lisa welcomed her twin sons Finnian and Albert 12 years ago. At that time, her marriage was failing and she was 軍隊d to go 支援する to work when they were just five months old?

She started working 十分な time as an admin assistant, but at the age of 23 she decided she was 運命にあるd for more.?

Lisa said: 'I asked myself, 'what's a hard thing to do that not all people might be able to do and it will tell you whether they're 権利 and you're not wo rth anything or whether they're wrong?'

Lisa began 熟考する／考慮するing for her 法律 degree at the age of 27 and has had successful careers in 法律, banking and the entertainment 産業?

'I decided to do a degree because I thought if I can get a degree while working 十分な time, and I get a decent 示す, then that means I can do anything.

'So that's what I did. I got a 法律 degree at 27 while working and I realised I could become whoever I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to be. That's when it all started, I climbed the 法人組織の／企業の ladder and the 残り／休憩（する） is history.'

Lisa went on to have successful careers in 法律, banking and the entertainment 産業 but, にもかかわらず all she had 達成するd, she felt unfulfilled and as though she was on the wrong path.

When she welcomed her twin boys Finnian and Albert 12 years ago, Lisa realised she was spending more on childcare than her personal assistant 職業 was bringing in.

She said: 'I'd done やめる井戸／弁護士席 getting into this 職業 in Can ary Wharf and was 収入￡60,000 - no one else from the 会議広い地所 I grew up in was making that. So I thought I'd done 井戸／弁護士席.

'Then I got 妊娠している with the twins and my marriage was failing. So I had to go 支援する to work when they were five months old and I realised very quickly that it wasn't going to work.

'I needed a 9-5 職業近づく my house and 安全な・保証するd a junior admin assistant 役割, meaning I went from 収入￡60,000 to a ￡20,000 職業.'

Believing that there must be a better way financially, she 始める，決める up her own wedding planning 商売／仕事 - but?認める that she 'made all the mistakes' because she had no idea what she was doing.

Unfulfilled by her 法人組織の／企業の careers, Lisa now 作品 with entrepreneurs to help them turn the 'knowledge in their 長，率いる' into?passive and 半分-passive income streams

Within six months of 開始する，打ち上げるing her 戦略商売／仕事, Lisa had made ￡100,000 in 利益（をあげる）. She went on to earn ￡220,000 in her first year and by the end of year two she had made over ￡1 million

It was a tricky start, with Lisa 落ちるing ￡35,000 into 負債 - but after dedicating her time to learning as much as she could about 商売／仕事, she turned things around to make the 商売／仕事 profitable in just five months.?

She said: 'I then spent a year going to every 解放する／自由な webinar, I couldn't afford to 支払う／賃金 for anything because my credit cards were all maxed out.

'So I just went to the library, read every 選び出す／独身商売／仕事調書をとる／予約する I could get my 手渡すs on and I turned that 商売／仕事 around to be profitable.'

Lisa then started to teach others everything she'd learned about 商売／仕事.

In 2017, she realised helping people grow their 商売／仕事s and 規模 them online was her passion so she 開始する，打ち上げるd her 戦略商売／仕事.

Within six months she'd made ￡100,000 in 利益（をあげる）, � �220,000 in the first year and over a million by the end of year two.?

Now she's 申し込む／申し出ing her programmes to those just starting out in 商売／仕事 and those who are looking to 規模 their companies up to seven 人物／姿／数字s.

Through her first course, One To Many, which is a programme to teach entrepreneurs how to make money online, Lisa developed the CASHH system (her five 重要な steps to making passive income online).

Lisa said: 'I realised as I was teaching people how to make passive income, I was 説 the same thing over and again. These are the five steps to make passive income to make money online.

When people complain that they don't have the time or 資源s to realise their 商売／仕事 goals, Lisa reminds them that she was a 選び出す／独身 parent with four-year-old twins and a 十分な-time 職業 when she started?

'The C stands for （弁護士の）依頼人 - before you work out whether you want a 会員の地位 or whether you want a course, you need to work out who you want to help and who that （弁護士の）依頼人 is.

'Then you go の上に the A which is for audience. You grow an audience of those people that you said you 手配中の，お尋ね者 to help. That could be in a Facebook group, on an email 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）, on Instagram. You put them somewhere so that you can talk to them.

'Then the first S is structure and systems. It's become really 平易な with systems like Kartra and Kajabi that help you work out how to get your course to people.

'So an online 壇・綱領・公約 where you can put your courses and your 会員の地位, and then you just need to work out the structure of it - ie - do you prefer 音声部の, ビデオ or work 調書をとる／予約するs etc?'

The next S in CASSH stands for 'selling' - which Lisa calls '開始する，打ち上げるing' - so it's all about how to '開始する，打ち上げる' a course online.

She believes one of the 重要なs to her success and making a lot of money in one go is because she's learned how to 開始する，打ち上げる. Now, she can make ￡2million when she 開始する，打ち上げるs a new 製品. Finally, the H in CASSH stands for happy.

Lisa said: 'Remember that with any passive income - it's not very passive at the beginning. You're learning how to 開始する，打ち上げる, you're learning how to 令状 a course and you're growing an audience.

'It only becomes passive the second, third, fourth, fifth time that you've put it out there in 正確に／まさに the same way. But the only way you will get there is if the （弁護士の）依頼人s are happy, because then they tell other people about it.'

Lisa, who was いじめ（る）d as a child for 存在 poor and wearing second-手渡す着せる／賦与するing, is a 熱烈な anti-いじめ（る）ing 選挙運動者?

When people complain that it's 'impossible' or 非難する 'hectic schedules' for their 欠如（する） of success, Lisa reminds them that she was a 選び出す／独身 parent with four-year-old twins and had a 十分な-time 職業 when she started.

Lisa worked on her 商売／仕事 from 5-6am, in her lunch break and from 9-10pm to build. One of her 最高の，を越す tips is encouraging people to turn off Netflix for an hour at night and that will give them the time they need to start to build a 商売／仕事.

Then after a few years of putting it all together and working hard, she 主張するs they'll be time-rich 予定 to their passive income stream.

'I now realise that no res ponse is a 返答. You don't have to get 伴う／関わるd. One To Many now makes me millions each year, but the big thing for me is now to make a difference to others.'
