The rider is 軍隊d to stop the animal suddenly as the 4x4 makes the risky 追いつく.
The car 辛うじて 避けるs hitting the horse as it squeezes past and moves off into the distance.
The animal then continues trotting slowly and its rider seems to gesture in 失望／欲求不満 at the dangerous manoeuvre.
The 主要道路 Code says that drivers must be '特に careful' when 追いつくing horses and always pass 広範囲にわたって.
Cars should also lower their 速度(を上げる） to いっそう少なく than 10mph and give at least two metres (6ft 6ins) of space.?
