The niece of a 77-year-old 無能にするd woman who died in a 解雇する／砲火／射撃, 恐らく started deliberately by her daughter-in-法律, said it was '怪しげな' that the （刑事）被告 had clean pyjamas にもかかわらず her （人命などを）奪う，主張するs of はうing along the hallway to save the 犠牲者 from the inferno.?

Elizabeth Vamplew, 77, died from 燃やすs and smoke inhalation, having been 救助（する）d from her bungalow in Eton 法廷，裁判所, Newark, Nottinghamshire, on 15 December 2021.

Her daughter-in-法律, Karen Vamplew, 43, of King Street, Newark, is （刑事）被告 of 殺人, having 始める，決める 解雇する／砲火／射撃 to the 年輩の woman's bed in a 企て，努力，提案 to 得る 相続物件 money.

In a police 声明, the niece told officers she needed to find out the circumstances behind her aunt's death 'because a lot of things just don't make sense'.?

Another 証言，証人／目撃する told the 裁判，公判 that Vamplew told her she 'はうd into the hallway' to try and 救助（する） the 犠牲者, but was told to 'get out' by the 999 call 操作者 she was on the phone to at the time.

Giving 証拠, Mrs Ennells said she saw Vamplew at the Queen's 医療の Centre in Nottingham に引き続いて the 炎 at Eton 法廷，裁判所, Newark.

She said: 'I remember thinking her pyjamas were clean, I remember Karen said she could hear my aunt shouting but could not get to her.'

Defending barrister Andrew Vout KC asked the 証言，証人／目撃する: 'The fact that her pyjamas were clean, is it 権利 that you 設立する that 怪しげな?'?

The niece replied: 'Yes.'

Mr Vout asked: 'Did you 株 those 疑惑s?'?

Mr Vout said: 'On December 16, 2021, the day after the 解雇する／砲火／射撃, you gave a 声明 to the police and by that time Karen had been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 殺人.?

'In your 声明, you said: "I am 荒廃させるd by what's happened, I had a good 関係 with Auntie Anne, I just need to find out what happened because a lot of things just don't make sense".

'Do you remember 説 that?'? Mrs Ennells replied: 'Yes.'

Mr Vout said: 'Did the fact that Karen had been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 殺人 make you think, therefore, that Auntie Anne had been 殺人d?'?

The niece replied: 'I 設立する it hard to believe. It is something you don't 推定する／予想する to happen in your family, it is hard to take in.'

The 陪審／陪審員団 has heard how the day after the 炎 Vamplew, a 43-year-old mother-of-four, had a telephone conversation with a friend called Katie Joynes in which she said she '軍隊d the door' at Elizabeth Vamplew's bungalow, but was unable to get to her bedroom to 救助（する） her.

Giving 証拠, 行方不明になる Joynes said the （刑事）被告 then told her the 炎 had been started by a cigarette Mrs Vamplew had been smoking in bed, but that she could not understand that as she 'only smoked in the kitchen'.

Another 証言，証人／目撃する, a family friend called Marion Gasson, also gave 証拠 at the 裁判，公判.?

Mrs Gasson replied: 'She told me she was in her night 着せる／賦与するs and dressing gown.'
