An 'out of 支配（する）／統制する' 実業家 owner of an airport dragged a parish 議員 by the hair after 'throwing him to the 床に打ち倒す in a headlock' in a furious 列／漕ぐ／騒動 over birds' nests.

Harrogate 治安判事s 法廷，裁判所 were shown 動きやすい phone （映画の）フィート数 of the 出来事/事件 in the North Yorkshire village of Church Fenton between 会議 議長，司会を務める Andrew Mason, 63, and 実業家 Chris Makin, 65.

In the ビデオ, Mr Mason is seen lying on the 床に打ち倒す and can be heard shouting 'get off me', as Makin - who owns 物陰／風下d East Airport - 涙／ほころびs at his 着せる／賦与するs and hair trying to 除去する him from the 前線 of the cherry-picker.

Mr Mason 叫び声をあげるs at him that 'the police are on their way, you lunatic' 同様に as calling Makin an 'ignorant いじめ（る）' while 断言するing at him.

The argument between the pair arose when a group of 地元の 居住（者）s gathered to try to stop 請負業者s working for Makin, '栄冠を与えるing' trees, as they were 関心d about the birds nesting there.?

Mr Smith told the 法廷，裁判所 that, at one point, Makin appears to 教える his workmen to move the cherry picker 今後 as Mr Mason is lying in 前線 of it and the 被告 can be heard on the ビデオ 説 '今後 a bit'.

Police had been called earlier and had advised Makin to stop work but the officers had left by the time the 強襲，強姦 happened.

The 検察官，検事 said the 被告 had not shown any 悔恨.

Makin, of Micklefield, North Yorkshire, was 設立する 有罪の of 強襲，強姦 by （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing at an earlier 裁判，公判.

He said this was 250 per cent of his 週刊誌 income.

Makin was also ordered to 支払う／賃金 a £1,920 割増し料金, £775 costs and £684 補償（金） to Mr Mason.

Richard Wright KC, defending, said his （弁護士の）依頼人 had 'learned a salutary lesson' and told the 法廷，裁判所 he had made a '大規模な 出資／貢献 to the GDP of the UK'.

Mr Wright said Makin was 'used to getting on with things and getting a 職業 done in the public 利益／興味.

'He 手配中の，お尋ね者 to get this 職業 done but went about it the wrong way.'

Speaking outside the 法廷，裁判所, Mr Mason said: 'We live in a lovely, 静かな, little 田舎の village in North Yorkshire and I was going 負かす／撃墜する to the community shop to help my wife. I've been a parish 議員 for 15 years and I believe in society and I believe in civil order and that broke 負かす／撃墜する on that Sunday morning.

'And it broke 負かす／撃墜する, I believe, because there is a いじめ（る） who was there who 手配中の，お尋ね者 to do what he 手配中の，お尋ね者 to do, 関わりなく anybody getting in his way and I think that's wrong.

'It was terrifying to be 低迷d underneath the cherry picker with a man who I believed was out of 支配（する）／統制する, 教えるing the cherry picker 操作者 to 運動 over the 最高の，を越す of me. It's 冷気／寒がらせるing. There's no two ways about it.'

Mr Mason said: 'During the 裁判，公判, one of the 証言，証人／目撃するs said that he believed that he 証言，証人／目撃するd what appeared to be an 殺人未遂, because had that cherry picker moved 今後 two feet then I would have died.

'I think his behaviour was scurrilous, I think he's a いじめ（る）, and I think 司法（官） has been served. His good 指名する no longer 存在するs.'
