Policing 大臣 Chris Philp surprised the audience - who gasped and laughed at his 返答 to a question about the 議論の的になる Rwanda 法案.
An audience member asked if 亡命 探検者s in the UK who had arrived from Congo could be sent to Rwanda. The two countries 隣人 each other and there is an 現在進行中の 衝突 between the two nations.

A blustering Mr Philp replied: 'From Congo?'
