It is they ― not the 司法（官）s who 投票（する）d to overturn ― who are 責任がある re-victimizing these women. The overzealous, self-righteous New York prosecutorial team, led by then-DA Cyrus Vance, is to 非難する.
As is the now-retired 裁判官 in this 事例／患者, James M. Burke, who 許すd the 証言 of three women who had nothing to do with Weinstein's 裁判，公判.
