Gwent Police 逮捕（する）d a teenage boy on 疑惑 of making 脅しs. It is understood that the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う is not a 'learner' at the school and the 逮捕（する） did not take place on school grounds and was not in the Ebbw Vale area.

Parents of the students have been sent text messages from the school and some have turned up at the school gates.
The first text message read: 'Dear parents/carers - the school is in a 部分的な／不平等な lockdown. During this period the telephones and 入り口s will be 無人の, 外部の doors locked and nobody 許すd in or out.'
The second said: 'Dear parents/carers - There is no 危険 inside the building. Police have arrived. All students are 安全な in classrooms and all doors and 接近 points to the school are locked. Thank you for your understanding.'?

Gwent Police told MailOnline: 'We received a call to 報告（する）／憶測 that the 第２位 campus to Ebbw Fawr Learning Community had been placed in 部分的な／不平等な lockdown at around 10.20am on Friday 26 April after a teenage pupil had 恐らく received 脅すing messages.
'Our officers are in 出席. We have 逮捕（する）d a teenage boy on 疑惑 of making 脅しs.
'The 逮捕（する） did not take place on school 前提s and was not made in the Ebbw Vale area. Our enquiries are 現在進行中の.'
