The actress, who 株 twin daughters Tabitha and Marion, 14, and son James Wilkie, 21, with her husband Matthew Broderick, has?said it’s important to her that her daughters have a healthy 関係 with food.
Speaking to River Cafe owner Ruth Rogers’s Ruthie’s Tabel 4 podcast, Sarah said: 'When I had girls, I didn't want them to have a 関係 with food that was antagonistic and to see it as an enemy.
'When I was growing up we weren’t 許すd sugar in the house or chocolate or cookies.
'So of course, the minute we moved out we all bought a 負担 of cakes and cookies, and I didn’t want that for them.
'In our house we have cookies, we have cake, we have everything, and as a result you have a better 関係.
'And my daughters will have the 人物／姿／数字s they have and hopefully they’ll be healthy. And they’re 競技者s and they enjoy food and have different pallets.
'I hope that they can 持続する their affection for the experience and their delight in taste.'

She said: 'If you're on holiday, trying to find restaurants, I do endless months of 研究.?
'And you get to your 目的地, and you'll try to ask people and they'll send you to the place everyone else in the hotel is going.
'And I'll be "no, no where do you eat Mr Concierge? Where do you eat?" And they won't tell me because they think we want this stacked food, fancy.
'And so I'll just follow the 従業員's home. I literally follow them home. And I see where they live and their communities and their restaurants. And that's where I go and that's where I shop.'

She told British chef Ruth:?'I would just 述べる them as thin 削減（する） pork chops on the bone. Not fancy, not from your most special butcher but from Gristedes. Simple, put them in the pan with olive oil and salt and pepper and heaven.?
'I make them at least twice a week. I eat a 抱擁する meal after a play. There are these eggs here that I'm in love with, that I go made for, the ones I want to put in my スーツケース but I know I'm not 許すd.
'They’re call Burford eggs, they have an oran ge yolk and oh my god. We go through a lot of those.'
