Five-time James 耐えるd award 勝利者 chef Todd English?is turning his 広大な/多数の/重要な taste to a new corner of the 歓待 産業 with the 開始 of The English Hotel in Las Vegas.

The?gourmet guru 排他的に chatted with DailyMailTV about his 最新の 努力する and how he took inspiration from healthy Blue Zone cuisine to create decadent dishes fit for Sin City at his hotel's hip new culinary hot 位置/汚点/見つけ出す, The Pepper Club.

Now that the hotel is 'open and 栄えるing', Todd and the English 歓待 Group have their sights 始める,決める on 拡大するing into other cities like Miami and New York.

'It's a fun mix,' Todd says of The Pepper Club. 'Throughout my career, I love, love, love Japanese cooking and I always 手配中の,お尋ね者 to sort of blend what I also love and 肉親,親類d of my heart and soul of what I do is Mediterranean cooking.?

English pulled tasty and healthful inspiration from the world's Blue Zones - areas where 居住(者)s statistically live longer and 報告(する)/憶測 lower levels of chronic illness.?

'I?always say I feel like I have my masters in cuisine, but I'm always working on my 博士号 or my Ph.D. because this world is so 広大な and 十分な of so many things,' he explains.

Todd and the English 歓待 Group are planning more hotels around the U.S., 調査するing Miami and New York for possible 場所s, and there's talk of 支店ing out 国祭的な.

'We may do the first English hotel in London. That could happen too, believe it or not, so, no pun ーするつもりであるd,' he quips.

The boutique space in Vegas features funky yet elegant guest rooms, a hip restaurant and a luxurious outdoor pool.?

'Partnering with Todd was a no brainer, Todd is one of the hardest 労働者s I know and has proven time and time again his passion for creating and 配達するing excellence in 歓待 is 無敵の,' says?Keith Burkhard, partner at the English 歓待 Group.

The award-winning chef, who's long been a fixture on tv, is also planning exciting new programming with shows about the 商売/仕事 of 歓待 同様に as his other passion: travelling and food.

English has traveled the world several times over and says he is always finding new places to dine and ways to indulge. He jokes, however, that にもかかわらず his culinary pedigree and world-wide notoriety, he is an 平易な restaurant guest.??

'Chefs want to show off to chefs,' he says. 'It's about, you know, what you've done your whole life and to have someone that that's that understands what it takes to do it. I am the least 批判的な. I understand it more than anybody.'?

Todd is also a 献身的な philanthropist who recently started The Wendy English Breast 癌 研究 創立/基礎 in 栄誉(を受ける) of his late sister.?

'I saw what she went through 15 years ago and it was horrible,' he 解任するs. 'It's something that is 近づく and dear to my heart and always on my mind. Your health is your wealth and you are what you eat.'
