Jeremy Clarkson helped to make a young 癌 患者's dream come true by giving him a ride in a Lamborghini tractor at Diddly Squat farm.
Joshua, 12, was 診断するd with a rare form of bone 癌,?Ewing Sarcoma, in April 2022.
He had 14 一連の会議、交渉／完成するs of chemotherapy and?even spent his 11th birthday and Christmas in hospital before 完全にするing his 治療 in January 2023.
However, the 勇敢に立ち向かう 12-year-old's 癌 returned in August last year.

Jeremy Clarkson, 64, helped to make a memorable day recently for Joshua through Taylor-Made Dreams -?a charity that helps children with life 限界ing illnesses.
The former 最高の，を越す Gear presenter?gave Joshua and his family a 小旅行する of the Diddly Squat farm, in Chipping Norton.
He 購入（する）d the farm in 2008 and now even has a television series about it.

Joshua and his family were visiting with Taylor-Made Dreams which was 設立するd in 2014 and 目的（とする）s to 'bring dreams to life for children with shorter lives'.
A spokesperson for the charity said: 'Last week we organised a very special trip for Joshua to Jeremy Clarkson's Farm!
